September 1st, 2026 - Art submission form opens, artist sign-ups close
September 30th, 2026 - Last day to submit art for claims, author sign-ups close
October 5th-8th, 2026 - Claims gallery preview for authors
October 9th, 2026 - Claims round 1 and 2 (public claims follow if needed)
October 12th, 2026 - Latest date teams will be announced.
November 14th, 2026 - Team check-in, concept and rough plot idea must be shared with artist
December 19th, 2026 - Team check-in (promo details and posting date preferences) - Promo details and 100% complete banner due - 50% draft fic submission required to bang and your artist
December 22nd, 2026 - Posting date announcements
January 4th, 2025 - Promo posts on Tumblr
3 Days before posting - Fic and additional art must be 100% complete & shared with author/artist for draft posting
February, 2026 - Posting begins (voluntary/additional art must be 100% complete by now)
