Even if you do wear hideous tops.

nelliehildegard:
Eleanor didn’t find herself at all shocked at her sister’s reaction, surely it’d be foolish to expect a welcome back party. The brunette crossed her arms scratching the tiled surface as she pulled out a chair taking a seat with her leg crossed over the other. “Oh bother, if I knew you’d throw a sob story my way I would’ve left you to wallow in your self pity.” She scoffed, not even attempting to bite her tongue or hiding the sharpness in her tone. “Let’s be honest now, dear Nora. You didn’t care in the first place, if you did you wouldn’t of ran off. Especially if you knew how nasty mummy and dad were, because newsflash you weren’t the only one who faced their wrath. -Hell, acting like their little pet was half the reason I got less the backlash.”
“was i meant to be THANKFUL that you spent your precious time searching for me?” nora let out a laugh, furrowing her brows at her sister “i didn’t plan on coming back. i was HAPPY. at peace, with my fiance.” she rolled her eyes at the story she was being told “— if i hadn’t have run off, i would have died much sooner. i was an abomination, remember? a siphoner and gay? a freak of nature, really.” she explained, her anger becoming more apparent as she looked back at anything to do with her life before she’d met the rest of the heretics “well good for you. at least you weren’t a siphoning freak of nature that needed to be dealt with.”
TVD 7.09 | I’m joking… Sort of.
nelliehildegard:
“Nah, save your seat. So I spend nearly a century searching for you just to find you drowning your sorrows like a pathetic drunk?”
nora turned to the familiar voice behind her. to say it was a shock was so much more than an understatement, but she kept a calm exterior “eleanor.” she raised an eyebrow at the sister she’d well expected to be VERY dead after all this time “sorry i was a bit busy being locked in a bloody prison world, between that being held captive and actually DYING, i didn’t have much time to care for my sister.” she scowled, emphasizing the word sister, with a tone of disgust in her voice “— but sure, i’m a pathetic drunk. beats being a mummy and daddys’ girl who lets them leave her sister for dead.”
doctorsncw:
“—you could HEAR me?? you must have extra good hearing, i thought i was walking pretty quietly.”
“you thought wrong then, didn’t you?”
thatdamnedsmile:
“oops sorry. well not really but, i’ll still pretend to be. why do i want to sit down? no one ever had any fun just sitting around.”
“the fun i could have otherwise is frowned upon by most people.”
jerseywclfiisms:
“does that mean you have booze to share?”
“that depends.”
barbiervberts:
“i would LOVE to join you— what are you doing ??”
“making a new friend.” she responded, gesturing to the chair beside her “— can i get you a drink?”
rcleytown:
“I’m sorry, I didn’t meant to bother you, if you want I can always leave”
“i offered you a seat, did i not?”
overhvmanity:
“was i really that loud?” kate wondered, surprise written across her features. hesitating for the split of a second, she slowly sat down on the chair opposite her. “thanks.”
“did i appear to be lying?” nora responded, a look of confusion finding its way to her face “— i’m nora.”
“we can ignore what you just said and you can leave me alone now, alright?”
“such MANNERS.”
“— i could hear you from down the hall, if you’re going to hang around you may as well sit down.”
