Bridal Trial for Gemma June 17th 2026

Gemma doesn’t normally wear a lot of makeup and wanted something soft and fresh with more focus on the eyes

I used a mix of warm golds and pinks on the lid with a reddish matte brown in the crease blended out well. For eyeliner we used a reddish brown kohl pencil smudged half way across the top lid and no liner on the bottom

Brows defined but soft With a brow pencil blended into the arch and soft brow shadow over the top set with a gel

For skin we focused on adding lots of hydration and keeping the base sheer and natural

Lips defined but also super hydrated and glossy

This July I had the pleasure of doing the bridal nails for Tiggy and her bridesmaids !

Tiggy had a really cute request - Icey Blue Chrome with her ring finger adorned with the words “i do” in gold and her other accent nail with her abs her partners first initials “t&d”

I used CND Shellac Fantasy Realm with Lecente Chrome in Blue Faith Mixed with Magpie Chrome Bridie

For her Bridesmaids who had Sage Green Dresses I used CND Plant Bound and Rags to Stitches with Lecente Butterflywings Chrome

Robyn 15-7-23

This week I had the pleasure of making up the gorgeous Robyn & her bridal party of 6 at Top Farm in Norfolk.

Robyn got in touch wanting an alternative vs traditional look as her day to day makeup is bold and colourful with an edge. She came to my home treatment room in advance for a couple of makeup trials where we tried out 3 different looks inspired by some images she’d saved :

Look 1 : Soft green smokey eyes with gold shimmer in the middle and a strong liquid liner

On Robyn :

Look 2 : Bold neon orange, blown out with shimmer in the middle and a dramatic liquid liner

On Robyn (skin not finished yet in the photos below) :

Look 3 : Purples and pinks with a strong liquid liner and blown out colour

On Robyn :

In the end Robyn went for the third look with the purple tones and strong liner.

I arrived early and set up on location at Tom Farm in the most beautiful little kitchen gazebo to the side of the static caravan which looked like a little gypsy hut (it was so adorable with little stained glass windows and the most stunning views of a gorgeous field.) The natural light outside was perfect and we had a little more space to play with alongside the outdoor kitchen table.

I started to work on 3 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and stepmom.

The bridesmaids had a combination of soft smokey green eyes with winged liner, fresh skin and nude lips :

Second to last I did Robyns makeup and I have to say it was one of the coolest alternative bridal looks I've done. I really enjoyed working with Robyn on creating this bold look and I think it worked really well with her wavey hair and Jessica Rabbit inspired vintage but bold rocky vibe :

Big News 📣🙋🏼‍♀️

You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet on socials of late! (Partly as we’ve had lots of renovations going on nearby so it’s been a bit crAzy 🔨👷🏽‍♂️), but also there’s been a lot going on behind the scenes & I’ve needed to step back…

After almost 13 years in London, Carl & I have decided to move back to our home City of Norwich ! 🌆🚇🏗🚚📦🏰🌾

With everything that’s been happening over the last few years, things have been truly put into perspective. To continue to grow & adapt with these trying times, it made sense for us to return to the city where we met, where our families are near & we can enjoy a better quality of life (Carl is actually going to keep working in LDN a few days a week thanks to the WFH option👨‍💻.)

London will always have a special place in my heart 💞 it’s allowed me to work with some amazing creatives & companies and I’ve met some wonderful people and friends for life! In our time here we’ve lived in both South & North London, built our careers & certainly toughened up💪🏻! I am forever grateful for all those experiences and people 🙏🏻 There will be so many things I will miss…. But! we are excited to rediscover the city where it started for us, to reconnect with friends and family who have patiently only seen us briefly over the last few years and to reconnect with the creative & quirky community of Norwich🤘🏻

Clients, you should have received an email from me today if you’re signed up to receive them! My booking app will be closing down soon and I will be shutting down until I find my feet in Norwich in a new location ❤️

Thankyou to everyone who has supported my buisnesses & to all of you who trusted me to look after you over the years! It has been my honour 🫶🏻 & now you have a reason to come and visit Norwich 😝

Bridal Trial for Natalie and Grace

June 14, 2022

Natalie has been a client of mine since 2018, turned friend in the pandemic :) She wanted a slightly edgy bridal look as she’s a bit of a baby goth at heart so we started off with Eyes and a soft lip. She then felt a stronger lip was called for as the soft lip didn’t feel alternative enough so we went for a deep wine lip shade and on the day we will soften the eyes slightly:

Grace was pretty new to makeup so we went for a fresh skin and some shimmer, but she wanted something a bit more androgynous so we switched the eye shimmer for matte neutrals and added more Smokey liner, removed the peach blush and went for a soft lip!

Bridal Nail Trial 1 for Natalie today 💖

Lovely wedding job today @claptoncountryclub , so many of my brides have gotten married here, but I’d never actually seen the venue! So cool! Absolutely loved it ! 🪩🪴🌼😍

This one was a bit emosh as I did her trial in March 2020 just before things went upside down and we hadn’t seen each other since then! 2 years later & it was time for celebration 🥂🍾
