It’s time to get political! The big day is tomorrow. I’m hoping you all get a chance to vote, even if you’re going in to decline your vote. Also, consider that your vote 100% matters even if you’re voting for a party that doesn’t have a realistic chance of winning. Parties with official status receive a subsidy for every vote they receive. This helps smaller parties (ie The Green Party) grow. Consider that if you’re not impressed with your choices. And don’t let anyone tell you that you wasted your vote, because that’s completely false! More than anything, I just hope you make an educated vote that works for you. Don’t fall for talking points and flashy promises (all parties are guilty of this). Look beyond that, read the platforms, see what your candidate can do for you locally. I also don’t blame you if you’re disenfranchised. You totally still have the right to complain even if you don’t vote. ✖️ #onpoli #ontario #yourstorecover (at Queen’s Park)
