Our Story in a Song
A thread....
Just saw this posted online and I couldn't agree more. We understood things because it is normal that there will be changes, that people come and people go. It's just that it is painful that we are part and we are under this change.
It's just too heavy.
Healing begins when we can say, “I’m not okay”. For it is not just something we facilitate, it is something we are invited to receive.
This isn't escaping. This is breathing.
INFJs hates humans because humans cannot comprehend INFJs. As INFJs are easily misunderstood and misinterpreted.
The only challenge i faced in this work is the inconsistency of its timeline. The sudden changes that wracked your nerves to either do too fast or too slow. It triggers my fear of uncertainty, being unsure of what's next to be done. Yet it molds my faith, a faith that keeps me in place and holds on that something good is about to come.
But in an organization it is not good to normalize inconsistency, that the work is based on when and where to stop. It slows down the momentum that kills motivation and eventually kills the passion. It is somewhat disrespectful to the time of those in the workforce who prepared, talk to the people and pave to do the job.
So if you feel or see that your workforce is demotivated, try to look at your system. Does it give them peace? Assurance?
Staring, paused in the corner, halted is not cool at all. It doesn't give a "chillax vibes". It is draining. It will lead to questions about your existence and productivity as a worker.
It is more exhausting than doing the job itself.
So stop saying "mas ayahay mo kay wala moy gina trabaho, pero gadawat mog sweldo" . It is ayahay to look at maybe because you just see them sitting pretty in their chairs, but IT IS NOT AYAHAY AT ALL!. It's invalidating the value of your worker that wants to do the work but can't do because it was halted. Honestly, It eats you to the core, that you are being useless in your workplace.
I am not irrelevant.
I am just passive.
That weird dream again.
So beautiful. But scary. In dreams you love me so dearly, willingly standing up for me. Yet in Reality I see rejection.
This stupid longing! I think I am leading to pain.
50 posts!
Weird dream. It may be a product of my longing for you.
Missing the old, good times with you. Circa twenty-twenty one, twenty-twenty two. 🥺
Every day, we have the choice to build fences or bridges. One leads to isolation and the other to openness.
How you act is what matters a lot more than how you feel. 💕
Scar is a proof of victory. History is carved in it, a story of wounded and weak but knows how to conquer. A badge of a strong fighter. :)
A joyous moment with an eerie feeling of fear,a tiny sting of pain and sheepishly awkward distance. These mixed emotions are felt in the longest 1 minute of my life 😭
