When I first joined Lifesteal, (or when squiddo first joined) wemmbu was the first person to see any potential in her. You had the lala legion, but he was the first and only person to actually need her. And so, squiddo ended up needing him too- the things they worked on together were always top secret, only they knew each others true colours and intentions. Even if there were lots of mishaps, and squiddo didn't like the way he was managing things, you can't spend months building a nuke in secrecy, holed up in darkness for weeks at a time with only each other to keep company, without forming a special bond with that person. It was before orbital cannons were a thing on lifesteal too, so it was special. our special evil secret. and then came along 4cvit…
Seeing 4cvit labour away on the nuke too, with so much going wrong because of hasty planning, squiddo realized that there was better out there for herself and 4c than just building for wemmbu. so she began to resent him. and that all culminated when the nuke didn't work. when ash killed him, she realised she could be special to someone for more than just what she could provide. and when PB&J came along and killed wemmbu out of the blue, she realized that she wasn't all that special to him all along. but…
wemmbu showed me (squiddo) how lifesteal works. in a way, him and ashswag MADE squiddo. squiddo's core values- they all came from those two people. I'll always see lifesteal smp through an ashswag and wemmbu lens for that reason. now he's gone, and i'm still here. there are times when squiddo misses him because she sees him in everything. it would be impossible not to.
squiddo hated him for taking advantage of herself and 4cvit, but still loved him for their shared passions of mass murder and evil schemes.
