Morning tea and chit-chat | open starter!
It was a cool spring morning in the Ravenclaw dorms and Sybill had already been awake for a few minutes. She loved to enjoy the first rays of sun, feel the warmth on her cheeks. The curly-head stretched inside her tiny nightgown, cracking all her bones, then she turned to light the little piece of palo santo left over from the night before. She was enchanted by the fumes against the light, and followed their movements with her fingers, as if to caress them. She was very quiet in the morning, had her routine to follow, and in absolute silence. It was a kind of ritual, perhaps to instill calm in herself to keep during the day.
Sybill rarely went down to the Great Hall to have breakfast with the other students, she preferred to enjoy the morning alone, accompanied by a cup of her favorite tea: peppermint.
Fate, however, had other plans for her that day.
Suddenly a sharp knock made her jump off the bed , spilling the tea all over the parquet.
“W-Who’s there?!” she screamed, terribly annoyed.
