Been getting into GFRIEND!
Is it normal that I'm freaking out because of COVI19? I'm not a very anxious person but this is driving me crazy
COVID-19 is a frightening topic for almost everybody all around the world, it is completely normal to be anxious about it.
Anxiety starts to emerge because we are faced with the harsh reality that we don’t have control in this situation and all we can do is sit and wait for this to happen. One of the best ways to reduce this anxiety is to do things that make you feel in control like:
Having a schedule, deciding what you’re going to eat on that day, what you´re going to watch or when you’re going to exercise. (I want to remind everyone that it’s also ok not to be productive and just take it one day at a time).
Nobody knows what is going to happen so take it one day at a time, try not to focus in the future if it makes you feel hopeless.
i’m already missing the winter even though it technically isn’t over yet ❄️ also you can tell how much i procrastinated this week with a glance at that sunday todo list 😭💀
Every week I feel like I need to change something: my hair style, my room, my laptop organization, my phone organization, etc. Idk but if I don’t change something I will feel so bad

now that midterms are done & past, it’s time to worry about something a little more pressing: graduate school applications. i need to take the GRE stat! this week is an ode to my favorite substance in the world - honey! let’s keep in mind that honeybees are super important!! support the bees!

I am using the book “101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think” by Brianna Wiest for study breaks! It is such a great book, I highly recommend you to buy it!
