「 ✟ 」 ⋮ DARLING . ⋮ ━━ He WANTS to give the woman a clear answer but he’s not quite sure himself. After he showed Joey how to make the ink machine ( and yet even that was messed up ), Bendy stopped keeping track of Joey’s satanic practices. He’d been far too busy with the showbiz life after all. Joey KEPT him busy; made sure there wasn’t a SINGLE moment’s rest. Or a moment to even keep track of him. It wasn’t like Bendy could ask SATAN either. No, the terms the two of them were on …
… Well, let’s say ’ bad ’ was LIGHTLY putting it.
˗ˏˋ ❛ My new boss, JOEY … probably summoned you to make you into a cartoon or somethin’ ? That’s what he did to me but I volunteered. ❜ ˎˊ˗
A pause. This was still quite strange. Even then, Bendy had come into this world as a toon; as the little devil darling that Henry drew up on the paper. This lady STILL didn’t look like a toon.
˗ˏˋ ❛ … But how come ya ain’t a toon yet ? ❜ ˎˊ˗
Zion had crossed her arms, moving to lean on the edge of the nearest desk as an eyebrow rose. Joey wanted to make her a cartoon? If that was the case, she was going to have a ball laughing in a human’s face.
Just as she was staring to laugh now at the whole idea of her being owned by any mortal. She refused it in life, of course she’d refuse it in the afterlife.
“Because I’d never call a human my boss. My job is to make deals and make sure they’re fulfilled, not to pawn myself off to be some human’s plaything.” And why in the world would he volunteer for something like that? Some demons didn’t make sense to her.
“I’m not interested in becoming any sort of cartoon. No offense or anything.”
