Though, the little demon is QUICK to notice that the baby ( or well, the other baby ) of the Stuart Family is still up. This was the PERFECT opportunity to show Annelle a new trick ! With that, he steps into her room and reaches towards the light switch. ' Hey Annelle, wanna see somethin' neat ? But it's gonna have to be real DARK ! Are you ok with that ? '

The late nights used to be so scary to the little girl, but nowadays she finds them much easier to grapple with, especially knowing that there’s a friendly demon who is willing to look out for her. Annelle all but GRINS when she sees the little figure in her room, eyes bright with that childlike wonder of hers.

“ Mhm! I’ll be okay! ” 

After all, he’s Bendy, and Bendy would never do anything to put her in harm’s way. She pulls the blanket around her shoulders like a long cape and watches with anticipation, excited for whatever trick he has up his inky sleeves.

Pulls a KNIFE on Joey

“ Where the hell did you get that knife from?!” He’s slowly backing away. There is no way he’s going to deal with an ink demon and his knife. Not today. Joey makes a mental note to himself to ban all knives in the studio and make sure that no one was bringing a knife to the studio either. This would only end in a mess if no one took care of it.

Slowly but surely the studio was falling down into its misery. Joey knew it and he knew that the others were realizing that, too. He kept on saying that they should just hope for better days, that things were going to be okay. ( He knows that they won’t. There is no saving here. Only a wonder can save the studio. ) Ever since Henry left, things went downhill. The Studio was a mess and Joey stressed. Every single day something else went wrong and he was running short on his nerves, often lashing out at his employees. 

The one person he lashed out the most was Bendy, though. The cartoon demon was never far from him and Joey was giving him as many tasks as possible, yelling at him when he couldn’t finish them in time or messed them up. ( He was tired of the constant failure that was called Animation Studio. ) Now he was standing there, looking down at him with cold blue eyes. 

“ You  know that all of this is your fault, right? If you would put more effort into your work, people would like you more and we wouldn’t be in such big troubles.” His words were sharp and he didn’t hold back. There was no need for that. “ Did you at least finish the task I asked of you? “

At this point he doesn’t want to know what he did to deserve this. So without waiting he rushes to his office and locks the door. There is no way Joey is going to deal with Bendy’s pranks again. ( If it is a prank is up to debate as it seemed like a real gun and it wouldn’t be the first time the cartoon demon had one. ) “ I fucking swear to whatever is out there, Bendy… you better put that thing away. “
