"You wouldn’t be able to hurt me even if she wasn’t."
''I could, if I got close enough. But like I said, distance thing.'' He teased.

"You wouldn’t be able to hurt me even if she wasn’t."
''I could, if I got close enough. But like I said, distance thing.'' He teased.
"You can’t change what you did, but you can fucking beg for mom." Nik could feel his anger rise. He loved his father more than anything, but right now he was pissed at his actions. "She is the best thing to ever happen to you… So you better not fucking mess it up."
''Ok, Nik.'' He muttered.
Texting: Klaus to Caroline
Care: Are you seriously thinking of coming over?
Care: Or is this another trick to get on my good graces?
Klaus: I'm sure you'll find out soon enough.
"For your sake it is good that I’ve learnt to tolerate you."
''And for yours it's good Caroline is your best friend.''
I'm not giving up on you || Klaus + Caroline
Klaus walked up to the Church doors, noticing that the funeral was over now and most people had left. He opened the doors quietly and watched as his wife sobbed near the alter. His heart clenched and he walked through, approaching her slowly - it was hard to tell what she wanted in this situation. Comfort? Or distance from him?
''Your mother... She was a great woman.''
"And the advantage that I’m just generally better than you." She nodded with a smirk.
''Well then, I suppose it's a good thing we promised not to try and kill each other anymore.''
You make it right- Klaus | Liz
She nodded, listening intently to his words. “Yeah… blood bags are… gross.” She shrugged. She stiffened a bit when her father’s hands met her shoulder. She swallowed the dry lump in her throat. He knew her all too well. “I don’t think it’s a right time to talk about it right now… not when you’re… already angry…”
Klaus smiled, ''A daughter after my own heart, you are, love.''
He frowned when he felt his daughter tense under his hand, he dropped them and stared at her, his head tilted.
''I'm not angry, Liz.'' His footsteps traced backwards, ''Why?'' He grew suspicious.

Care: You still need to do some more grovelling before asking me to do ANYTHING.
Care: If you're that desperate, I'm sure you know where the church is.
Klaus: Very well.
"Fighting fair or not, I’d still win."
He shrugged, his tone teasing. ''You do have that distance advantage.''
You make it right- Klaus | Liz
"Hmm ? What ? n-nothing.. nothing forget I said anything." She tried to crack a smile. There was no way she could bring herself to say it. She knew when her father was angry, or upset- and right now… it was clear as day.
Lucky for her- there was another issue she was dealing with, something else she was ashamed to admit but she knew this wouldn’t make him angry. "Well.. I think I have a problem… with blood. I forgot how to control it… and sometimes… I keep going… and I accidentally killed two people… it’s pathetic- I know… I’m not really sure what happened." She shrugged. This was a week ago. Liz was getting better at controlling herself now. She just needed to distract her father so she could avoid the Rick conversation all together.
Klaus clenched his jaw, throwing back a drink immediately after pouring it. He lifted another glass as Liz spoke, offering it to her, before filling his own again.
''I'm sure people will forgive you for killing strangers.'' He paused, turning and leant against the desk facing his daughter, ''Most people would tell you to stick to blood bags, don't. It'll make it worse and you'll kill more people. Just keep trying, it'll get easier.'' He placed his now empty glass on the side and walked over to her, his hands grabbed her shoulders. ''Now tell me what you really wanted to.''
Texting: Klaus to Caroline
Care: You will be in another coffin next to my mother if you dared to utter that to me in person.
Care: A rose and some fake tears won't fix everything!
Klaus: Come to me, Caroline.
Klaus: I want to see you.
You should probably do something about it, then.
He was in town a while back. Looking for you.
Was he now?
Indeed I will.
No! Klaus never shed tears…never. Wel, except for the happy ones that shone in his eyes when he held his kids for the first time…and the couple of times because of their little Lizzy. She stood frozen, not really liking the fact that she was the reason for his tears. She had brought the mighty Original Hybrid to this… and it pained her. More than it should. Like an idiot, she still loved him. Unable to stand the combined pain of loss and that of her husband’s, she flashed before him, throwing her hands around his neck still sobing. “Why did you leave Nik…” Her fingers fisted up his shirt, while she buried her face itno his chest. “I can’t— I can’t do this…any more…” She managed to choke between her sobs. “……I’m sorry!”
Klaus stepped forward, not entirely sure of what he planned to do as he closed the space between them, but she beat him to it. She was next to him in a blink of an eye and her arms wrapped around him. ''Caroline.'' He murmured, his arms wrapping around her waist. ''I'm sorry.'' His words caught up in his throat, his hands rubbed up and down her back. ''Don't go, love.'' He muttered, his hand pushed up her top, his fingertips brushed up her skin.
Oh yes, I met her not too long ago. She’s friends with Marcel.
Yes I'm aware of that.
And not pleased.
"What? That you finally found someone who’s a match for the great Klaus Mikaelson?"
''A match?''
''I wouldn't say match. But you do put up a great fight, Bonnie Bennett. I just don't fight fair.''
New Orleans? Why?
I had a daughter there...
Regina.
"You know you could never scare me Klaus." She said matching his smirk with one of her own.
''Yes... That always bothered me.''
