Mystic Falls Horror Story

Caroline flashed out of the town square trying to get as far away as possible from the tempting sounds of all the pulses pumping warm blood around the veins of the harmless humans that surrounded her. Entering her home didn't do any good either as she saw one of the maids still straightening out the kitchen and before she could think of finding a blood bag, her last strands of control snapped and she found herself in front of the unsuspecting maid only to sink her fangs into her neck quite harshly in the blink of an eye even though her conscious warred with her basic instincts when she heard someone's foot steps stopping right behind her. Only when the blood ceased flowing freely from her source did she drop the barely alive girl to turn around her vampire features still in full display and the blood dripping down her lips

Fast Way Back Home || Care & Niko

Caroline had been busy glaring at the musicians for their dull tempo and also at her husband for being so openly sulky on his daughter's wedding day nonetheless. Tired of putting up with it, she turned to walk away only to bump into Nikolas, whom she had missed now more than ever. And no matter how much Elijah had vouched that it was for his own good, she still resented her brother-in-law and refused to even face him nor listen to his explanation. Without a blink, she threw her arms around Niko and hugged him close. "Kola...how-- don't. I'm glad you made it!"

Pandora's box || Caroline & Nikolas

         She felt drained as she made her way into the mansion tiredly. All Caroline wanted was to snuggle in and sleep, but sleep wouldn't grace her that night. She was sure of it as much as she was sure of her best friend's unexpected death. Collapsing on the couch, she allowed her eyes to close for just a bit before springing up wide alert at the sound of gentle footsteps. Turning around, she caught sight of her youngest son and only then did she lax back into her earlier state of composure as she stood up with a sad smile-- Happy that she got to see him again, but saddened by the situation that existed outside the walls of their home. Part of growing up- Elizabeth ||

Liz opened her bedroom door just a crack. The house was quiet, assuming her family wasn't home yet, Liz slowly crept down the stairs, picking up the articles of clothing she threw when she came home with Rick. One by one she picked up the clothes before turning back for the top of the stairs.  It didn't take long before she heard the soft footsteps of someone behind her. Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck ! Liz turned around slowly, not sure how this situation would be any less awkward.

Klaus paced the sitting room, waiting for all his children to return. There was a rift in the family and after Klaus' visit to Bonnie, he realised that what had happened could not be changed and he expected Cian to be treated the same as he always had.  Of course the boy was stupid, and he couldn't blame his children, or their cousins for how they had treated him, but it would end, tonight.
