Have you studied torture techniques? Or maybe medical texts to learn more about how pain works? Or did you just learn through practice? You seem like the kind of girl who would want to make sure she was inflicting as much pain for her effort as possible. Of course, you're also obviously extremely clever, naturally gifted at making people suffer, and very well motivated, so maybe it just comes naturally. But then again even a prodigy benefits from a little study, right?

“Finally. Something intelligent. I’ve done a lot of reading of medical textbooks my whole life. All I had as a child. In a quick movement Clara had her against the cold brick with her knife at the other girl’s throat.
