Oh ho ho ho ho, it's time for my first lesson. Listen up, every character needs a motif with which to introduce themselves to their audience and become memorable. While this could be as simple as a non-diegetic sound drawing the viewer's attention while remaining unobtrusive to the world of the characters, that's boring!

I, Lady Manager Renge, instead employ an elite underground contraption of gizmos, doohickeys, cogs, and rails to allow me to rise from the ground anywhere at any given moment. The rising platform allows for proper "gazing in awe" time, and affords me the higher ground in any interaction, showing off my beauty while highlighting my importance before I've spoken a word.

Once I decided to transfer to Tracen Academy, I had my engineers start the install process right away! After all, without a dramatic entrance, you are nothing!

For your information, the Renge Lift was made completely by the book. Permission from the school and faculty was secured when my parents made a rather generous donation, and the Renge Lift complies with all guidelines and regulations for underground transportation systems!
