how are you doing your cuts?

I gradually reduced my calories by 200 - 300 cals each day over a few months and upped my activtiy by introducing more cardio.

On non training days "rest days" i do cardio only and eat slightly less caloriers. On training days i eat more calories but only by consuming more carbs for energy in the gym.

Protein is kept high each day as a priority.
