👑🥀📿 When women acquire power, we use it to improve our lives and the lives of those we love.

We create thriving, caring, responsible companies.

We improve the lives of our families, our children, and our men.

We heal our communities.

For women, power is more than a game.

Power is our birthright. 🗡

Have your own. Know yourself. Heal the wound that makes suffering feel like loyalty.

A woman has to know herself before love asks her to forget who she is.

There has to be enough life, money, skill, support, and inner ground beneath her that no man can punish her into silence, poverty, confusion, or captivity.

Love can be beautiful, but it is not safe when it requires the abandonment of your body, voice, gifts, standards, money, or future.

Self-worth cannot remain a mood.

It has to become a structure.

📿🕊 The pendulum has swung back to its original position.

No man can operate in the totality of his power without the feminine.

It's no coincidence that there has been a surge of information and content on the feminine.

What was once hidden is now being revealed, EXPOSED.

BUT FIRST....... there will be mass destruction. 🌬🌪

The feminine represents the DARKNESS ... all that you can not see.

The occult, the elite agendas, the mysteries, the moon, the night, the WOMB, the tomb.

When a woman heals herself, she can then bring that #sacred medicine into her home and EMPOWER and heal her family.

In healing her family, it will overflow into her community.

Women are the first teachers.

It starts with you.

If you're sick, mind-body-spirit, your family is going to be the same.

It's time to become our own healers.

Take up your beds and walk.

When you heal, you heal the women who came before you ... the women WHO HAD NO VOICE, the women who were robbed of their innocence and their sovereignty.

Women underestimate their power and influence.

In fact, it has been intentional for thousands and thousands of years that you remain ignorant of your true nature.

The time is now to put yourself back together again.

Take your place on the throne.

📿🥀🪞 You can't move forward if you keep going back to what took your power away.

You suffer because you do not let it go.

Your inability to release and your resistance to change manifest into suffering.

Many of us have experienced the frustration of wanting to be free but feeling stuck. 🔐

You may not be able to change your external circumstances immediately, but you can release yourself from the mental shackles that are holding you down.

Focus on transforming your inner self through personal development and self-awareness, which will in turn permeate (SHIFT) your external environment.

Heal Thyself. 🗡

👑🥀📿 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐆𝐎𝐓𝐓𝐀 𝐁𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐘 𝐈𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄. 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐗𝐓 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑.

Behind closed doors, the walls can hear the crys in the dark.

When you're alone,

When you're off social media,

When your family isn't around,

When the lights go out,

When no friends are around to cheer you on, gas you up, or validate you,

How do you feel INSIDE YOUR BODY, YOUR SPIRIT,

WHAT IS YOUR "𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐍" SAYING BACK TO YOU?

How does she feel?

What is her message to you?

Who is the woman looking back at you?

Your relationship with God 🗡.... the relationship you have with yourself has to be strong.

The real you will come out when no one is around.

Do you really know who you are? 🪞🥀📿

🥀🪦 Some versions of you aren’t meant to be resurrected. They need to be laid to rest.

Your chosen religious or spiritual path loses power when it becomes a way to romanticize what needs to be uprooted.

Use your tools and your prayer life to identify the ROOT, clear the ROT, and REBUILD the LAW in your life.

There will always be seasons where an old self has to die.

Sometimes it’s painful because that old self supported you and survived with you.

It carried you through what you didn’t yet understand and adapted to what you hadn’t yet learned how to outgrow.

But survival isn’t the same as wholeness.

At some point, what once protected you can begin to imprison you. A pattern that helped you endure one season can become the very thing keeping you in bondage in the next.

A relationship, mindset, wound, habit, or identity that once made sense can become the graveyard where your destiny keeps getting buried.

Learn the lesson clearly enough that life doesn’t have to send it back wearing another face.

Honor what carried you.

Release what cost you too much.

Use the medicine from the mourning of that death as wisdom to restructure your life.

♠️🥀 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐖 𝐎𝐅 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 🗡

If it goes, Let it.

Holding on to something beyond your control can cause great stress and unhappiness.

Allow others to be who they are.

Allow yourself to be who you are.

Don't force situations.

Solutions will emerge.

Uncertainty is reality.

Embrace it.

Detach yourself from potential outcomes and trust that everything will work out in the end. 📿

Water your own garden.

If you're not investing in your own well-being, then it's absolutely INSANE to expect someone else to do for you what you're not doing for yourself.

Are you your own priority?

What are your self-investment goals?

Normalize taking care of your own wants, needs, and desires.

Raise the bar by investing in YOU FIRST!

📿 Realize that you have a part in your journey.

You have to embrace the discomfort of transformation, knowing that on the other side is peace of mind, healing, freedom, and rebirth.

Nothing will change if you don't change. 🗡

SELF-REFLECTION is a powerful tool. 🪞🥀

In order to heal a wound, you have to treat it.

You'll know you've grown and you've healed because you're no longer #triggered by past experiences.

In the diaspora, the Healer aspect of Osun is often overlooked.

She is more potent and powerful than the superficial labels society has boxed her into.

Her mirror is meant to transform you from the inside out.
