She nodded her head almost enthusiastically, as she tucked her hands underneath her armpits, keeping the extremities warm.
"The snow here is pretty. It gets quite deep, but you never have to wade through it, or trudge. It’s a lot less bleak than at home, especially in the city lights," Back home, the snow was a chore, providing a bleak outlook which was grumbled at in a disgruntled fashion every morning on the trek to school, but here… Apparently, here was a lot nicer.
"That sounds wonderful." Kaisa muttered and smiled wider. Her dormmates told her that the snow would come down in flurries and that it would be beautiful but honestly, she just wanted to see for herself. "I can't wait for it then," She made sure to mentally plan for a day of running around the snow in central park in the future, if it was as pretty as Kaija had said so.
Playing with the strings on her gloves, that if she asked herself, she would have to admit she didn't truthfully need at the moment, Kaisa laughed. "Oh, I've yet to ask you!" She paused, "How have you been?"
