Why hasn't Mace betrothed Willas with some lady yet ? Maybe he's waiting for Daenerys to land ?

Given that Mace married Margaery to Joffrey and then Tommen, he is absolutely not waiting for Dany to land. That marriage sets House Tyrell against the Targaryens.

Other than that, could be a bunch of things. Relative lack of appropriate matches in Mace’s eyes, Garlan’s marriage took the pressure off Willas, Willas’ disability making him a less initially attractive prospect on paper (Sansa and Arianne both seem to think this is the case), Willas himself never expressed interest in marrying…it could be any of those or a combination of several.
