a little rant because this is my first post here: Played Control (only base game) in 2021 and dropped it because the game constantly crashed in one particular boss near endgame, came back to it when i got a new pc in 2023 but couldn't remember much of the lore, played the ending and started The Foundation just because. Came back now to replay it focusing on lore and taking photos ❤️ i'm enjoying it so much more this time around ❤️❤️❤️ i love remedy games so much, love their vision on how to make games and complex stories. Hopefully i will fill this blog with more photos of control ultimate edition (only remedy game i own) and maybe more other games later!

Okay, I followed through and spent a couple hours throwing together a font from these alien characters from the Mass Effect game assets. @crapeaucrapeau @omegastation

Like OP, I disagree that's it's a Quarian alphabet because you'll see these characters everywhere, including on the Citadel and Illium. I named it Trade Script after of the universal trade language that's mentioned in the codex.

I kept the letter designations the same and didn't redraw the characters. All I did was upscale them, sharpen them, and resize them to work as a font. This doesn't have anything beyond basic numbers and English letters, i.e. no punctuation. If I ever want them to be really crisp and pretty I might redraw and vectorize them in the future… but that's a lot of work, so probably not. If someone else wants to do that, they certainly can!
