Toxxev is a Dragonborn but never realized it.

His sire was an Argonian from the alyeid’s period. He had no clue why his sire was so old, but he carries their patterns and parasaur like crest

After loosing his siblings to age he became solitary. One lasted far longer than their twin but still succumbed to age after a time period.

He was originally crossing the boarder to Skyrim as a routine thing. It wasn’t his first time in Skyrim, but he was curious about why NOW he was arrested.

The markings from his sire make him unwelcome in most Argonian spaces. So he uses makeup to hide the white marks that continue to grow with age.

He’s ancient for an Argonian. Even older than most Altmer.

Those eyestalks are just asking to be picked and used as a flower behind someone’s ear

The shivering isles looks more Telvanni inspired, but it may be because of the giant mushrooms
