She Came To Give It To You - Usher Ft Nicki Minaj Usher releases his second single and it a grower! After a couple spins you will realize the greatness that song possess. The chord progressions are amazing and set an amazing groove! The background vocals have a nice jazz sound to them and creates a throwback feel for the song. Nicki adds he flare to the song, that makes the track fun. Usher knows he sound and I am glad that he is returning his R&B sounds. I would to hear this song with a live band. This video better have a ton of dancing in and it will soar. The bridge of this song is the best part and the rounds of voice take the song to new heights!

Magic (Coldpay Cover) - Brandy Brandy released her version of ColdPlay's Magic and magic is what she created on the track! Her voice is like not other and her low and raspy tone glides over the track. Brandy reminds us that she is still a stop vocalist and that while that she is acting, her music will always remain. The track has a haunting sound to it and gives a new perspective on the song! Bring on that next album!

All In A Day's Work - Danity Kane (Video) at City Walk These ladies are ready and are leaving it all on stage! They are hungry and you can tell but they way they are dancing! They have something to prove and when that album drops I'm sure they will shut up a lot of people! Check out the video!

It's Your World - Jennifer Hudson Feat R. Kelly Jennifer debuted this song at the BET award and showed every that she still is a vocal powerhouse. This is the sound that jennifer should lay in and just roll around in for awhile. This disco influenced sound is perfect for her voice and she can show off her range. I was not to thrilled about R. Kelly being on the track but he sounds fantastic and might be the best vocal from him in a long time. This track is going to reach an older audience and it should do very well on the radio. This track really has me interested in her project! Take a listen!

Pretty Girls(Video) - Little Dragon Check out this amazing visual by Little Dragon directed by Nabil. This video does not disappoint and is Beyonce "Pretty Hurts" for non-mainstream people! The same message but all the sexist men get eaten by zombies at the end! Check it!

Break Free - Ariana Grande feat Zedd Ariana Grande resurfaces with her new single Break Free off her upcoming album My Everything, which she has been teasing all week on twitter. It seems for this new album Arianna has decided to play with new sounds straying from the R&B sound she had on her last album. This EDM influenced track is great sound for her and will help her reach a new audience. The great thing about this track is that it doesn't sound like every club/dance track that has been released in the David Gutta era. The sound is refreshing is going to be a hit, maybe she might even do a track with Disclosure! *fingers crossed* As usual he voice is spot and sounds great. It's going to be in interesting to see her perform this track live. I will definitely be on the look out for that that! Enjoy!

Wimbledon - Rich White Ladies The Rich White Ladies is consisted of 2 Music Artists/ Fashionistas Tokyo Diiva & Scotty Rebel from New York City. The Rich White Ladies EP is co written & produced by Semi Precious Weapons. This video was directed by Frederic Esnault. This two are making a lot of noise in NYC and in this video they put their spin on Wimbledon and talk their shit. The video is NYC fashions all the way and includes tweaking on tennis court which I love. Check it out! You might be put in a trance!

Marsha Ambrosius Feat Dr. Dre - Stronger Marsha released her new single this week! The track is from her upcoming album Friends and Lovers. This is a new sound for her, the song has a tribal feel in the beginning. Dr.Dre drops his first and the song picks up and sails from there. Marsha laced this song with her signature vocals and backed it with harmonies. The song has throwback by the middle of the song and the trumpet was a nice touch! She has stepped up her artistry and this really excites me about her upcoming project! Take a listen!

Trey Mclaughlin and the men of SOZ "Yes" This video depicts true vocalist and it really blessed me to day. Every harmony and move in the chords were flawless. In order to sing this arrangement, they really had to listen to each other and blend. This is just the icing on the cake, they have a crazy vocal ability and an impeccable range. Closure - Ab-Soul (Video) Ab- Soul released his video for Closure. The intimate track shows Ab going through the ups and downs of his relationship. He professes his thoughts in the bathroom and we able to get the feeling from the track. The visual is in preparation for his upcoming album These Days dropping on June 24th. TDE has been making a huge stamp on the industry so I am sure he will be just as successful! Enjoy!

Next To It - Lupe Fiasco Feat Ty Dolla $Sign Lupe Fiasco returns with a new summer jam! This is new sound for him, he really has been on his conscious tip. Unfortunately, that type of music does pay the bill. However, this song a great for him, its radio friendly, and it has a current sound. I could see this being a hit for Lupe. Ty Dolla was a perfect feature for this track, he sang the hook well and will expose Lupe to younger audience. As long as he continues to make music like this, a comeback is in-store for him! Summer Nights- Karmin Karmin puts a modern spin on the hit "Summer Loving" made Popular from Grease. I alway enjoying here music from them, their musicality is perfect and they are pleasing the to ear. This a great sound for them and the progression of the song is amazing. This pop song should make a big splash on the radio this summer and connect both young and old music lovers! Check it out!

New Music: Ella Eyre- If I Go UK artist signed to Virgin Records Ella Eyre released her new track "If I Go". This record is a great uptempo track reminiscent of Amy Winehouse. Her voice is has a great raspy tone to it and she has a great range. This is going to be a new artist to watch for in the UK!

Live Performance: Lemonade - Danity Kane After the rumors and the speculation, Danity Kane is now a trio. Aundrea is leaving for a short time to have her baby and possibly should be returning. However, the rest of the group is ready to continue with their new music. With their new tour starting in San Fran, they performed their new track "Lemonade". The hard hitting song samples The Clipse "Grindin", this track is going to be in rotation for the summer. This new sound is great for them and they are ready to make they comeback. This video shows that they haven't lost it and can dance just a good during their making the band days. Check it out!

James is currently working on his debut album and is keeping his fans satisfied with these new tracks. This track is short and simple and the guitar is perfect. James is creating his own lane/style and I can't wait to here more from him!

John Mayer cover's Beyonce's "XO" Video has surfaced of John Mayer performing a solo acoustic cover of Beyonce's track 'XO', live at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Australia. He really sounds great on this track and forms his style around it. The instrumental reminds me of a 90's pop/rock song and gave the song a new sound. He made this track on his own and change the bridge slightly and added a harmonica to the song. Check it out! - Branford

New Music: Jennifer Hudson - Walk It Out Jennifer Hudson returns with a new track produced by Timberland entitled Walk It Out. The mid tempo track with back with a full sound with harmonies and a heavy bass beat. This song follows the Timberland formula for how most of his tracks sound. Unfortunately, I don't think this song is going to really generate enough buzz. The title reminds of the dance popular in the 2000's and I really don't understand what she means by it. Also, she is cursing in this song and talking about sex heavily. Just a couple months she was saying that singing about sex is boring and overrated. I think she is struggling to find her image and what she wants her sound to be. This track really had potential. it could have been great but just the title and the topic of the song is not interesting. I have faith in her team will bring her the hits she deserves.
