Random d!3t I'm doing. The "you can't 3@t until you do __" d!3t. Let me explain. So I know that everyone always says "busy girls are sk!ññy girls" but a lot of us don't have many things to do or we're just not active people so this will solve that. Just start off by deep cleaning your room saying "I can't 3@t until I finish this" then usually by the time you're done with your room you're going to have some dishes you need to put in the sink. Whenever you're done with the dishes you're going to say how "I can't 3at, I already did the dishes I'm going to need to clean the kitchen to go with it" and just continue until it's bedtime. Be creative with it. Like check all emails separately or read that whole book you've been putting off. Trust me this is one of the most effective d!ets I've done (not really a d!3t but whatever)

as a uni student who didn’t fully understand the responsibilities of university and who hates their job with a passion, i have no control of my life.
i can’t drop out of uni because i’m on an apprenticeship program, so i’m trapped in a job that i can’t stand because i need money. i feel like i’m forced to live everyday with a gun held to my head.
but 4n4 gives me something to live for, something to look forward to. i wake up excited, already planning my meals because food is literally the only thing i have power over.
if i can’t ⭐️ve and r3str1ct, i would just be an empty husk of a person, a miserable weak excuse of a human who obeys every order like a pathetic submissive dog.
but 4n4 gives me freedom. each dizzy spell or hunger pain is something that i have caused to myself. nobody else plays a part in my ⭐️vation but me.
it’s my creation, my own little world i can escape to when everything is too much all the time.

w these random diets that helped me lose like forty pounds :33
usual deficit - most of the time i have 300kcal on weekdays, 500kcal on sundays and 1200kcal on saturdays, which is reallyyyyy low so dont go straight into it if youre used to smth more ykwim
metab sandwich - 1200kcal plus on weekends, liquid fasts on weekdays !! defo dont do this one full time, five day fasts every week is unbearable i usually only do this for like two weeks when i need to drop weight fast
omad - i stand by pookie omad frfr its great when i dont wanna count cals but i dont wanna just fast either
low res - 1200kcal everyday :33 perfect for losing weight wo worrying people since its not rapid and its v easy to eat 'a normal amount' if you choose the right foods :D also great if you binge a lot :3

WARNING !! ANOREXIA IS A VERY DEADLY DISORDER AND THE ONLY REASON I POST THESE IS BECAUSE IF YOU'RE GONNA SUFFER AT LEAST FEEL A LITTLE GOOD ABOUT IT. RECOVERY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BUT NOT ALWAYS A VIABLE OPTION.
1. Always eat breakfast. Studies prove that those who eat breakfast tend to make better food choices later in the day. Breakfast also gets your metabolism revved up.
2. If you drink a lot of water on an empty stomach it just makes you gassy. Small sips throughout the day are better.
3. Overuse of laxatives and/or diuretics is bad for your body. And if you overuse laxatives, when you stop, your body won't be able to have a proper bowel movement. Use them only on an as-needed basis, as defined by 'normal' people.
4. If you sleep less than 6 hours a day, your metabolism goes down between 10-20% depending on the person. And your body produces more of the hormone that makes you feel hungry.
5. Don't deprive yourself of anything. That just leads to bingeing. If you want chocolate cake, have it, even if it's on your list of 'bad foods'. BUT, only have a few small bites.
