You are a good musician. You are doing your best in a complicated world.
There is no judgment about how often you’re practicing, how much you’re improving, or whether you could be “doing better” in some other world where the pandemic isn’t happening.
You are doing a great job. Professional musicians three times your age are struggling with things right now. Just keep going.
Rest. Practice when you feel up to it, but don’t underestimate rest.
Listen to music even when you don’t want to play it. It helps, I promise.
