Nothing against Robert Pattinson but I can't accept that they chose him to be the new Batman and so wasted the opportunity to make this real:
Season6Jon would have choked season8Jon.
I don't know if I missed it but...
Where is Gilly? What about her baby? Is it a boy or a girl?
I'm sorry Bran, but you have the worst council ever...
Is it two wolves or a wolf and a dragon on Sansa's crown? 🤔😉
Me after this season:
"I know no Jon but Season6Jon, whose love is a Stark!"
Edmure Tully after Sansa’s declaration of independence:
“Wait... was THAT an option?”
WTF
GoT seasons1-4/asoiaf books to season 8:
“Am I a joke to you?”
About the lack of Ghost/Jon...
I am guessing here but I think the reason we have not seen any decent scenes between Jon and Ghost this season is because D*ny's stans would either create a petition demanding a scene with Ghost as her lap dog or start throwing hate on the poor wolf and blame him for those dragon's death...
I am totally in favor of a petition to reshoot Game of Thrones...
...as long as it covers some requests:
It has to be a Supernatural-length remake from the entire show.
No D&D.
No deviation from the books story.
All subplots included.
No hiding importants pov just for shock value.
Keep the foreshadowings alive.
Stick to GRRM's canon!
The truth is that GoT is an interesting show to watch, the actors are great, the costumes are flawless, the soundtrack is captivating... and there are also many mistakes in plot and development, especially if we compare it with the narrative of the books. But these mistakes are not an exclusivity of this season. If fans are really concerned about the quality of the show, they should be asking to repair the dozens of poorly made decisions that led to the wasting of the original plot and the loose ends left. However it seems the only thing outrageous for many of them is to have their Disney princess turned into villain.
There are many things wrong with GoT's plot, but DarkD*ny's revelation is not one of them. How it was done? Maybe. But not its truth.
D*ny:
Brings three grown dragons to conquer Westeros.
Uses said dragons in battle to burn soldiers alive.
Burns food wagons.
Burns alive a defeated Lord and his heir for refusing to kneel.
Also D*ny:
“Why are not people rioting and trying to murder Cersei and begging me to be their Queen?”
“It must be Sansa's fault!”
I truly don't know what to expect anymore...
So... I was thinking about which end we can expect for Sansa in GoT, and while my hopeful side wants to believe that she will end up ruling the North with a loving husband by her side that will help her continue the Stark lineage (be it a smart politicalJon or a sweet and gentle Pod), I can't help but consider the direction she seems to be heading this season.
From what I've seen so far, it seems that many scenes of her were made to offer closure to her past relationships:
Her reunion with Theon where they both could see with their own eyes what happened to each other after their separation (while they were still suffering for what Ramsay had done with them).
Her conversation with Tyrion about the possibility of a relationship between them, where she makes it clear that it would not work out because of his loyalty to D*ny.
Her scene with Sandor where she makes it clear to him that she is no longer the Little Bird he remembers.
And, in a way, even with Jon, when she accepts the possibility of him being in love with D*ny, when she leaves the table after witnessing them smiling at each other, and later after the parentage reveal when she is questioning why he chose D*nerys ("why her?") and make it clear that returning (or not) to the North would be his choice. (Even though we were deprived of a decent farewell scene among the Starks, it seemed to me that this scene, this dialogue, was about her letting go of any romantic feelings for Jon.)
Also, considering the possibility that Jenny's song is related to Sansa, I think she will likely end up alone ruling Winterfell. And honestly I'm not okay with this.
That is, if D&D did not decide just kill her for shock value or totally forget about her as they did with the Reeds/Nymeria/The Vale/The Riverlands...
Probably in the next episode:
D*ny: Sansa is a tyrant.
D*ny: Now I must free the northerns from her claws.
D*ny: They will be so grateful!
So... I think it's safe to say that Ed Sheeran died in episode 5, isn't it? 🤔
Fanfic request
To all the fanfic writers out there, could you please make a fix-it fanfic where Sansa goes to Varys with the r+l=j secret instead of Tyrion an so they use their brilliant minds to win the Game and save everyone? It would be great if it also had a politicalJon/Jonsa endgame but I'm not that picky, as long as Joner*s doesn't keep going, Sansa/Happiness happens and D*ny dies I'm ok.
After 8.05
Me trying to be happy about DarkD*ny confirmation but also knowing that the haters will blame Sansa for everything:
