These posts I've seen "Mr WPNZ is the father". Definitely likely, but allow me to offer a much more insidious theory

What if he's not the dad, but is playing himself up as if he is?

My reasoning;

Swagmaster reminded Karen of the dad due to how impulsive and chaotic they both are. Given Swag was sticking up for Beeg in that episode and seemingly sacrificed himself to save the kids, could be the dad was a "dumbass with a heart of gold"

Classic method for a stranger to gain a kid's trust is through the "I'm a friend of your parents" lie. But if the dad was never in the picture, who's to say WPNZ couldn't claim something bigger? Especially by using a Minecraft skin that lends credence?

While he's clearly trying to train the kids up to be killers, doesn't necessarily mean he cares for them and is simply using positive reinforcement to string them along. He could be Karen's old handler, instructor or somesuch

Rest of this is just speculation i wanna share, but imagine it; Karen meets a guy who's got a brick for a head but is an absolute sweetheart and they fall in love. When she's expecting, they try to escape but he's killed during the fallout of Karen's desertion, perhaps by WPNZ. Karen retaliates, seemingly kills him (she did not recognize the gauntlet and was surprised to hear his voice. Perhaps she badly maimed him and he had to undergo cybernetic reconstruction), life goes on. And then this homicidal monster finds her and tries to supplant the man she did love by turning her kids into murderers

Can you think of a more twisted revenge then that?

People that just /assume/ Jon will be a Targaryen in the books because he was in the last season(s) of the show are really truly honest the weakest link.

Could it be a possibility for prophecy to be involved in why the first Aegon took the peace offer from the Martells after Rhaenys’s death? His hand was bleeding from the grip on the letter is an important detail or clue. Or maybe I’m looking too into it. Could he have told Rhaenys and she told the Martells if they tortured her? Is that why Martells are pro-Targaryen on the throne?

As far as theories go, many of us believe that Sansa will be the ‘girl in grey on a dying horse’ from Melisandre’s vision. The show sort of set this up, as she arrived at Castle Black in grey on a dying horse. There’s also a basis for this idea in the books, however.

Sansa’s currently in the Vale, and we’ve seen in preview chapters of Winds of Winter how she’s developing there. Her arc as Alayne, the bastard, has brought Jon to her thoughts more. Further, this is the furthest north she’s been since book one, and she can literally taste Winterfell in the snowfall.

We know that the Vale isn’t safe for Sansa. Firstly, there’s the betrothal to Harrold Hardyng. He’s depicted as vain and callous thus far, fathering at least two bastard children. This isn’t a good match for Sansa. Secondly (and more importantly) is Petyr Baelish. Like Bael the Bard, he wishes to steal the Northern Rose (Sansa). Unlike Bael, Littlefinger won’t be satisfied to give up anything he’s worked for—he’ll be holding onto Sansa and the power he’s accrued hard enough to strangle it.

(It’s also interesting that there are so many references to Bael the Bard in Jon’s chapters, but I digress)

It stands to reason that Sansa will come to a crossroads in WoW. With her identity falsified and a price on her head, things could get very dangerous for her without Littlefinger’s protection, and his “protection” is more akin to imprisonment. There’s some speculation that Sansa will soon kill LF—if he tries to force himself on her, she may very well have to.

Whether this comes to pass or not, Sansa will need to flee the Vale soon if she wishes to be safe, let alone happy. She can’t go south and into Cersei’s clutches, and she can’t go to Winterfell. Sansa will need the protection of someone she can trust. The only family she *thinks* is alive and *knows* how to find is...Jon. And it makes sense that these two wolves will want to form a pack.

After all, she’s a bastard too now, just like him.

The Facts

Before Geoffrey, Cersei had a son whose father was Robert Baratheon. The baby boy had black hair and blue eyes.

Cersei claimed that this baby was stillborn, and “they” carried him off to the crypts. She was distraught.

This contradicts Maggi the Frog’s prophecy, unless we interpret that Maggy was referring to Cersei and Robert’s children that they conceived separate of one another. Robert had many bastards, and Cersei had 3 children (with Jaime)

Cersei loves her children

Gendry’s father is Robert Baratheon

Gendry remembers his mother having yellow hair, and she would sing to him

“An unknown lord” paid Gendry’s apprenticeship with the blacksmith (the unknown lord actually paid double what the blacksmith was asking for). This was revealed in Jon Arryn’s notes that Ned found

Right before Geoffrey ordered all of Robert Baratheon’s bastard children to be killed, Gendry was fired by the blacksmith and sent to the Night’s Watch (with Arya)

Joe Dempsie (the actor who plays Gendry) said that during seasons 4-6, D&D said that they wanted the audience to “forget about Gendry”

In the promos for season 8, many characters can be seen sitting on the Iron Throne, except for Gendry

When Daenerys addressed Gendry as Robert Baratheon’s son in this past episode (8.4), the camera focused on Jaime, who made this face:

My conclusion: Gendry is the son of Cersei Lannister and Robert Baratheon, true heir to the Iron Throne

Did you hear? We just learned GOT season 8 will have an “odd and surprising romance”!

Who could it be?

Wrong. They’re cousins. Of course, Davos and Littlefinger didn’t know that. The two barely interacted as children due to Catlyn’s jealous influence.

Eddard Starks parents, as well as Tyrion and co’s, were cousins. It’s perfectly normal for cousins to marry in Westeros.
