Maybe it was never supposed to be what we thought it was supposed to be. Maybe it was supposed to be a few good dinners to fill the lonely nights, or maybe a good sign that theres still reason to have hope for happiness. Maybe it was just something that could have been more but wasn’t meant to be. Maybe it wasnt ever supposed to be a forever kind of thing.. Maybe i was supposed to learn from you & become a better woman for the next. Maybe i was supposed go see how you change so i could adjust my expectations for future relationships.

You see, sometimes things just dont work. Sometimes the season ends before you figure out the reason it began. Sometimes you just have to accept what you have for what it is & let go of what you thought it was… Maybe all the maybes will make sure up for the mistakes and maybe the wont. But maybe, they’re just there to accept the fact that we could have had something that could of been more … But wasn’t meant to be.
