⋆⁺₊🪬 Feeling fulfilled and shifting 🪬⋆⁺₊
The importance of feeling fulfilment when shifting. Shifting and manifesting are practically the same thing. And we all know that in order to manifest, our vibration or frequency needs to be in alignment with the vibration of our desire. Think about both being magnets; they need to be aligned to attract each other. Aligning with your desire is nothing more but basic cause and effect.
When keeping that in mind, it becomes almost basic knowledge that one needs to be of a certain vibration in order to be aligned to their desire, right? So, we need our vibration/ frequency/ what you like to call it, to be high.
A higher vibration of frequency can be obtained or achieved by:
☾ Meditating;
☾ Doing something that makes you happy;
☾ Gratitude practises (such as thinking about what you’re grateful for);
☾ Self-care that comes from a place of genuine self-love (it is okay to practise this, it does not need to be perfect);
☾ Thinking happy thoughts or positive thoughts;
☾ Visualising positive moments;
When we feel happy emotions, or positive emotions, our vibrations becomes higher. When we are in a higher vibration, it becomes easier to attract the desire, or be in alignment with it and therefore it makes it easier to shift.
This is why it becomes crucial that our daily lives support this. To feel fulfilled and/or happy about your day can really help. When you hate your current reality it is hard to live in that happy vibe. Examples of what lowers your vibration:
☽ Feeling guilt or shame;
☽ Feeling guilty for procrastinating;
☽ Seeking validation outside yourself (needing other to validate yourself and or your emotions);
☽ Anger at things or people;
☽ Frustration.
Feeling fulfilled with your daily life is very important to keep a positive mindset and to feel happiness here and there. It doesn’t matter in what area you’re feeling fulfilled. Perhaps you wrote a piece for your school essay today, or maybe you finally wrote that email, or found a new lovely song, or maybe you went out for a walk, spotted a pretty flower, spoke to someone precious today. Life is a tapestry woven from emotions, feelings, memories, experiences. Finding a source of fulfilment can help you keep a more positive mindset and become more resilient too. But most importantly, feeling fulfilled can make shifting easier because there are less negative emotions in your body. Which in turn could make it easier to let go and feel true calm.

Pay attention to your automatic inner dialogue. The talks you have with yourself and other people in your head. Sometimes these tend to be a bit more negative. When you notice a negative ‘conversation’, acknowledge it and ignore it. Or change the conversation into a more positive one.
Look up at the sky. Literally look up at the sky. Breathe in some fresh air and admire nature for a bit. This can invoke feelings such as wonder, awe and positivity.
