I’ve been getting questions about choosing your type and what some of the abbreviations mean, let me explain.
First off: The online tests are not accurate. They go off simply the eight letters E or I, N or S, T or F, J or P, when that is only the end result of...
The Peano Axioms uniquely define the natural numbers, i.e. the numbers we use for counting. Here are some little pictures to illustrate them.
The first two say there’s a long line of natural numbers, one after the other.
The third one says the line has a definite starting point, instead of running infinitely far in both directions, or going in a loop.
The fourth one says nothing joins the line partway along, and rules out another kind of loop.
The fifth one says that one line contains all the natural numbers, so there aren’t some other disconnected chains of natural numbers.
I’m doing a post trying to teach myself how mathematicians build up the everyday maths we use out of axioms like this, but I thought this could have its own post.
George Boole established the concept of algebraic logic in mathematics. He simplified the world down to basic statements with either a yes or no answer, allowing some operations with the logical AND, OR and NOT statements and deployed this system using algebra (binary arithmetic). His formalism is still known as Boolean algebra.

Representation of Women in Video Games. The Cause?
So. I said I’d do this and here it is. I have a theory and I wanted to share it. Seemed topical given the online battle going on over video games.
What is up with female representation in video games? Is it sexism? Misogyny? Ignorant? Well, I have an idea and let me share it with you. As usual, please, indulge me and read to the end. It is along read so I hope you all are buckled in.
What is my theory? That the problems with representation isn’t to do with the negative outlook on women from society. It comes from the inherent positive view of women society has. That is to say, the view that women are inherently nice and pure, that we shield women from harm, that society cares much more about the plight of women than it does men.
I’m sure I’ve already lost a lot of you. But please, read beyond the break. Give me a fair shake. I’m a woman and I’ve been a gamer for a long time, probably close to a decade and a half. I’ve seen these issues evolve and I’ve experienced a lot of this behavior in real life. So, I’ll say again.

Right now I use an Aolong v1. I dislike both Friedrich and Petrus; I’m a strong advocate for the glory of ZZ :D
What cube/which method do you use?
I got a stickerless Maru (I don’t do competitions) and I’m learning Petrus right now… I like it because it’s logical, but then it’s also tough to speed it up as one needs good observation with that method.
Did I mention my 11x11x11 cube?
Yeah… that one’s pretty sweet. But most often I prefer the 7x7x7 as it takes about 20 min for me to solve it, which is already quite a while.
Petrus is good for FMC, though, so you might consider looking into that.
I would definitely pretend to not be jealous of your 11x11, but I think we both know that it's futile at this point.
I do get some bragging rights, though. Even though I suck at big cubes compared to other speedcubers, I can still solve a 7x7 faster than you :P
