Konoha ran instinctively towards her favourite place, the tree-lined path behind the main school building. She was thoroughly out of breath by the time she got there, and leaned against a tree to catch her breath. Her own wild fear surprised her sometimes. She just hoped that the strange boy hadn’t decided to follow her…
She swallowed nervously, looking up. That wouldn’t happen…right?
Soon enough Fudou lost sight of any sign pointing to where the girl could have gone. He turned the corner outside one of the school buildings and looked around the area. Still, he could see nothing.
It ticked him off.
If he gave up now, that would be his loss. Shoving his hands into his pockets, Fudou wandered the area with a sharp eye out. As he looked, the boy started wondering why he had even chased after in the first place. He didn't actually have a reason to seek out the strange girl, but it was hard not to be interested. Who just runs away like that?
The midfielder took a seat on one of the benches offered to the students along the path, deciding to think about his options. As soon as he sat, however, there was a rustling noise from behind him. With a slight turn of his head Fudou spotted a small tuft of hair form behind a tree.
