“Yeah Nan?” Gwen asked smiling up at the eight eight year old women starting down at her. Romario Wright was a small women with a big heart. Her dark skin a stark contrast to the pastel colors that filled the house.

“Yeah I know Nan, but I wanted to see who won the matches last night. I bet a Quid on New Zealand and I want to make sure I don’t have to bring extra money when I go out tonight.” Gwen answered sitting down at the counter and pulling the cutting board and knife that was sitting there closer to her.
