Commission of Ach AU miorjah I got from 009w
Sheâs valid okay
Miorjah in the Castle of Auchendale, when she murdered the Lord of Auchendale and his son and escaped the castle.
An older drawing of Frida, Fenris and âAonairâ. In the moment they were able to finally have proof that Aonair was not an animal with no feelings or understandings of life and death like most other Ach, as she was able to speak.
Lycanthrophy
In the study of Alchemy and its use in medicine, everything from herbal roots to ashes has been used in order to aid or heal any wound or sickness that has taken ahold of the humans of Dauthrvollr. Â
But, the draughts and ointments have proven to be unreliable, one of the ailments passed from mother to child is known as Lycanthropy, made from a draught of Woolsburry and Wolfâs Blood, said to keep those fading from life from dying and reinvigorating their bodies with the vitality of a wolf. However, the draught has proven to have an unknown effect on the fetus.
Children of mothers who used the draught are born with Wolves eyes, terrifying and fierce. Destined to live their lives as Lycanthropes. The sight of the full moon changes their human forms to one of half man, half beast.
Many Lycanthropes remember little of their times as a were/wifewolf, although itâs rumored that the sight of the Lycanthropesâ wife or husband is able to restore their sanity, but few make it old enough to see if this is true.
Most Lycanthropes are killed due to attacking fellow townspeople or their own family, as their needed aversion to the moonlight. Lycanthropes are considered under the realm of Achall magic, but not as sub-human as Ach.
However, those who understand Lycanthropy, such as the Nyors, in which some clans have taken up giving the draughts to their women, understand that this curse is a two-edged coin. Lycanthropes are known for their height, prowess in battle, superior hearing and eyesight to unafflicted humans, but they also tend to be more aggressive and wild, fluctuating between loners and those who remain fierce to their family.
Achall âMagicâ / Alchemy
The understanding most Alchemists must realize, is the ancient teachings of Equivalent Exchange are not always true. While transmutation will never create something greater, it can, and often will create something lesser. Alchemy is something kept in hush whispers by those who can just begin to understand itâs mastery.
Alchemy is often used to create potions and draughts to cure illnesses and ailments. Many of these draughts end up being used for a different intention than they were originally made for.
The Ach
The Ach are living creatures made using Achall, created by some of the worldâs most powerful Alchemists and Scholars who often keep their own writing and understanding of the Ach under lock and key.
The creation of Ach is fiercely guarded to the public, the only understanding its the appearance of an Ach being one of spliced animals.
The most notable being the beast named Attebein, gifted to the Jarl of Osvifsloekr by the Alchemists studying in his lands. Attebein is an Ach that looks similar to a horse with two sets of front limbs, ending in grey-skinned hands, the back legs seem to have underground and malformed limbs over the strong hindquarters of a Horse. The beast was apparently wild and horrifically difficult to break and tame, but has proven to be a worthy mount, and a mount that can scale far more difficult terrain than a mere horse can.
However, in recent memory, many alchemists and Warlocks have began the perfection of the creation of Ach, more and more show with strength that rivals the beasts it was created out of, or even greater. More and more created to be subservient, to fill any role that needs to be filled. Most Ach function as more powerful and longer-lived livestock, mounts, pulling carriages, managing other livestock. More humanoid Ach often find themselves as servants, slaves, pets and other far more horrible things for their Human masters.
A clearer picture of Fenris in his Lycanthrope/werewolf form.
Fenris and his childhood friend and Shieldmaiden Frida. Fenris is a Lycanthrope, and because of this, if left to watch the moon heâll turn into a half-wolf and typically hunt and eat anything he can get his maw onto.Â
Fenris, a Nyors Lycanthrope-afflicted boy raised in Osvifsloekr by his mother and grandparents. Eventually he joined a small mercenary band known as The Greywatch.
While Fenris and his childhood friend of Frida rose the ranks, it eventually led Fenris challenging the elder leader for leadership of the band, in which Fenris won and took over the Greywatch, which he still leads to this day.
Aonair, an Ach made from a young Nyors maiden, a lionâs heart, a horseâs tail hind legs and tail, and a goatâs head.
