Today, I watched a bit of Furuncotv's stream as they attempted to grind X-Rank for over 7 hours! Furuncotv is a Twitch Affiliate who streams exclusively in Japanese, but don't let that intimidate you. What drew me into this stream was not just the dedication to the grind, but the way Furuncotv expresses such joy while playing, even after many hours of it! Furuncotv plays in the Takoroka Division, with X-Rankings hovering around 2000-2300 (although in all fairness, their peaks are closer to around 2400-2600). Some of the fun and freshness of the matches comes from Furuncotv's own ability to successfully wield many different weapons, such as the Rapid Blaster Pro Deco, N-Zap '85, and the vanilla Painbrush. Even though the intensity is high during X-Rank matches, this doesn't phase Furuncotv one bit. Instead of getting tilted, they laugh when they're unexpectedly picked off by an E-Liter, and sometimes break into song when facing an opponent they jokingly declare is, "too strong."

It's very refreshing to watch a skilled player who still very clearly finds joy in just experiencing the game. Go give them a follow and tell 'em I sent ya!
