I’ve updated the blog theme and pretty much everything else on the blog. I’m hoping it makes things easier to navigate... plus my blog really just needed a makeover. Lets be real. It’s been a while XD

Can you tell me why Philip is so adorable

Hello, Nonnie! First of all I would like to apologize for not answering this sooner! I didn’t get a notification for this so I had no idea that you sent this in .-.

But listen skdjbfkdj I first started watching TWD shortly before season 4 came on and I marathoned seasons 1-3 at the recommendation of my best friend. My first impressions of the show, was well, okay, this is a good show, but I don’t really have a character that I connect with enough to obsess over. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of the characters were great, just none of them were THE character if you get what I mean.

Then it got to season 3. Philip Blake caught my interest because he was mysterious. You could always tell there was something lurking just beneath the surface and that’s what pulls you in. It’s what makes him so interesting in my opinion. That’s not exactly what makes him adorable persay, but it does start to pull you in and it makes you curious about him and then he does stuff like this:

Which of your roles is closest to your personality?

There’s a bit of me in all of them but I don’t think any one role is totally like me. There are bits of me in Ripley Holden [from TV series Blackpool] and his sense of humour, although he’s a complete t***. My character in comedy-drama The 7.39 had lots of complications I could relate to. It’s about where you are at that time. There was something about the guy in the series State Of Play that I could connect with. I think, ‘How can I become this man?’ rather than, ‘How can this man become me?’ I paint a mental picture of him and mould myself into that. [x]
