I've been sitting with these before -> after pictures staring/haunting 👻 me for about a week now until I finally decided to stop listening to that fear in my head and just freaking post them. Why? Because this is the kind of image I saw that finally resinated with me when I decided to try out the #21DayFix. I never had to deal too much with weight, but after college and starting a full time job where I sit at a computer for 9+ hours a day, my body didn't react the best to the change. I thought it was normal, something that everyone went through after graduating. But when you feel like you have to stand in pictures a certain way, tilt your head juuuust right, or just always have that "meh" feeling when you look back on them.. That's NOT what I wanted. So, a few weeks went by and I saw a post similar to this one and it finally just <<clicked>>. This doesn't have to be your normal. You have the power to change, not only physically, but become mentally and emotionally stronger as well. I decided to jumpstart my nutrition game with the 3 Day Refresh followed by the 21 Day Fix and have never looked back. The community I've developed relationships with, the changes I've seen physically, but most, the positive changes I've seen in my confidence + the people I've been blessed to be able to help along my year journey is just irreplaceable. So, I guess the point of all this -ramble- is to tell you to tell that negative voice in your head to kindly shut it.
