I impulse bought some noise cancelling/sleeping earbuds earlier this week and not howdy I shoulda gotten them forever ago. They genuinely worked great especially cause I'm a side sleeper

#in part addressing that my fan has a thing that really really annoys me #and I have not been able to consistently clear up so far #and I have been getting annoyed that when I roll over between sides #stuff I'm just playing through phone speakers can become inaudible #cause I want to have my audio at the quietest possible volume to not disrupt #but that means it's usually tailored for when I'm on the side facing it #which is seldom true because I toss and turn a LOT

think i am finally over the hump of endless exhaustion i was feeling the last week or two. like i'd get to bed at the end of the day, usually a bit early, and have my eyes drooping to the point i fell asleep while watching shows in bed one

i think it's probably cause i was being more active than usual?

i really should getting back on Regular Workouts. im starting by waking up earlier (was happening by accident in conjunction with the exhaustion, but like today i got up early and generally felt strong energy all day). We Shall See
