This was such a fun project! We had the opportunity to meet everyone in the office. I love seeing people stop by and check out everyones oath. It’s truly bringing the culture together.
All the internz shadowing, learning, and having fun.
Week Three Recap
Week Three Recap
We the interns, are settling into our roles at The Hoo’ and it is great. This week we have dove deeper into our training and have started to do more hands on work. Yeah, that’s right, we are basically killin’ it. In all seriousness though, the internship has taught us more than we ever imagined and it is only week three.
We went to Top Golf this week with our mentors as well. Little did we know, that we all will definitely NOT be professional golfers and should really NOT consider that as a career. Basically, our dreams might be crushed.
Top Golf was a super fun team outing though. I mean, who would complain about going and hitting a few golf balls after work? Am I right.......?
Helly gave her first office hours presentation and absolutely CRUSHED it. I guess we will all have to step up our game now... thanks Helly, really appreciate it!
Maryana has been really focused on getting hands on work. She is basically a super star and it is awesome. WE LOVE MARYANA!
Amy not only continues to fuel her string cheese addiction, but she also is a super legit intern! We have come to the conclusion that they are directly correlated...
Sarah has dove into her SME groups, and absolutely loves them. Despite her undying love for ping pong., the SME groups are her favorite thing here. Hands down.
The internship has been great, the people are great, and we are PUMPED to see was week four has in store!
12/10 the coolest internz you will ever meet, ever.
Making sure we have all the necessary supplies to be successful Ad Op Interns.
Celebrating OATH, one fist pump at a time.
Oath Celebration: Quick Recap
Oath Celebration: Quick Recap
On Thursday, June 29th, we celebrated the launch of Oath. Yeah, that’s right. My dudes, we are now OATHIANS. The celebration was awesome, and a lot of fun. We found out some of us secretly double as master DJs, or LIT salsa dancers.
Prior to the celebration we took time to become under oath by sharing our personal Oaths with each other.
Maryana - Give it all . . . (Make it pretty)
Helly - ¡Si Se Puede! [Yes We Can]. . . (Dance without Music)
Amy - Push Your Boundaries . . . (One more string-cheese)
Sarah - Believe in Yourself . . . (Make it LIT)

Week One & Two in Review
Week One & Two in Review
Two weeks down, many more to come, so many memories already made.
Maryana has successfully been deemed the intern’s Mom (also maybe the first woman president?). She has a keen sense of direction, timing, and a knack for planning. And her art skills? They are nuts, man.
Amy: if you see her without a string cheese in her hand from the snack room, something is most likely wrong. The addiction is definitely real. That’s okay though, because her daily greetings of “HEEEEELLLLLOOOOOOO” will completely turn your day around!
Helly pretty much met everyone in the office by the second day. Small talk and conversation in general is her forte without a doubt. When she is not interning, she can be found watching anime, being one with nature, or riding her bike.
Sarah has become quite the avid ping pong player since the start of the internship. She is still working on her power jump serve, which may or may not be mastered by the end of Summer.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The first two weeks of our internship have been awesome. In this short period of time, we have gained a lot of insight and knowledge about the industry. All of us agree that these two weeks have flown by, and we have made a ton of memories already! We can’t wait to see was the rest of the summer and internship has in store for us!
Thank you to everyone that made the first two weeks of our internship amazing!
