I hate to give you nearly a repeat answer, but she might be pretty similar to Yuzu. Though in Yuzu's case, it's because her past experiences with sexual stuff have been not great, and in Cocoa's case, personality is a bit more important because...

Well. She's a mind-reader. She sees more of one's personality than most people would, and pretty quickly. Though her standards are probably a little different than Yuzu's in that area.

But if we were to say she has any physical preferences... I think she likes animal traits. (Animal youkai, stuff like that). And, in general, she likes cute things.
