They say there's no rest for the wicked, and boy are we wicked. Last night at #neobdayparty @yeauxlanda gave us a taste of her new show BIBLE STUDY FOR HEATHENS, which starts performances on May 10th. She spoke to us of some of the lessons she's learned from practicing 10 different religions, and we listened, and we danced, and we reveled in the idea of what a congregation could be. If just 6 minutes of her show could do that to a whole audience, I cannot wait to see what she'll do to us with the whole shebang. In December 2012 The HSP collaborated with Tuxedo Revolt to put on a double horn recital with the two organizations' founders, Kyra Sims and John-Morgan Bush. We performed at the beautiful St. Philip's Church of Harlem.
