disney lucasfilm be like if you’re a survivor of child abuse you’re a villain and you deserve to die. make no mistake it was NOT a coincidence that the three characters with canonically abusive childhoods (ben, hux, palpatine) are all villains who died at the end (ben and palpatine are both strongly implied to have been sexually abused too). ben and hux both did the right thing in the end and STILL died. dlf really said abuse survivors are gross and icky and deserve to die
