today was such a shitty eating day, but that doesn't give me an excuse to continue the binge tomorrow. I will be stronger, fighting against the inner fat girl. the choices don't start tomorrow, they start right now. I will reach my goal weight.
I have some questions in my ask about how to lose weight and the most I can say is: you’re in charge of your thoughts. You control your mouth. You control your appetite. Eat too much and your stomach expands and then craves more. Eat less and your stomach shrinks and can’t handle as much. That’s the foundation. Healthy or unhealthy, that’s how it works.
Decide what you want and go for it. And that’s for everything in life.
Restraint is a muscle
The more you train it the stronger it gets.
The Thing Is...
I can stand the hunger. I can stand the aching in my stomach, and the gurgling- I actually love it. It’s like my stomach is applauding, and the pain makes me feel like I am actually getting somewhere.
What I can’t always stand are the cravings. The need to taste flavor, to feel texture on my tongue. The need to satiate the desire to swallow and feel the empty calories, for three minutes before the guilt sets in.
But if I can stand the cravings, I can do the hunger, and I won’t feel the guilt. And if I can get past the cravings, I can be thin and pretty.

baking success--it's the little things.
today while baking some muffins and I managed to resist snacking at any point in the process. I tend to take little bites which add up, but today I wasn't even tempted to binge.
It's funny... you think once it's in your hands you need to eat it but you don't. You literally... don't.
I'd rather be hungry but pretty, than full but ugly.
Whatever the problem is
the answer is not in the fridge
remember, your reward is a bottle of cold water and your thighs not rubbing together as much as yesterday

Please, it is almost the end of the day, don’t eat, don’t ruin this.

I don’t think people get enough credit for avoiding a binge. It is like one of the hardest things to prevent once you start thinking about it.
