Granted I was quite young at the time, only on my second face.” The Doctor mumbled away to himself, smiling at the faint memories as they rolled through his clustered mind. He shifted at her questions about River, tilting his head slightly. “It’s.. complicated. I prefer we don’t delve into it to much.” he nodded, holding out his hand with a warm grin. “Oh, yes we shall.”

“You sure the hairy fellow wasn’t you? Oi, I’ve seen your future and let’s just say...you may possess the eyebrows of a werewolf.” Of course Clara is teasing, she’s seen him in every past form and present, though if she was being perfectly honest...all of his faces, for the most part, had distinguishable hair. Her eyes narrow a bit, looking at him, deciding upon whether or not she wants to drop it or continue on. With a slight shrug she’s passed the matter for now as she smiles, taking his hand, unable to help the excited little skip she gives, “So....what exactly are we looking for?”

“Curious...how many werewolves have you interacted with?” Her brows furrow as she pouts her lips, face in a pensive state, “How exactly do you even interact with a werewolf?” Clara’s curious eyes gaze up to the Doctor’s for an answer, “Suppose I’m about to find out, aren’t I?” She says with a dimpled grin, cocking her head, “An early Christmas present for you but maybe a late Christmas present from her. Aren’t your timelines all...backwards. Yeah, I know a thing or two. I listen to your babbling, sometimes, surprisingly.” With a raise of a brow she offers her hand, “Shall we, Doctor?”

Clara stood in the doorway, leaning against the frame as she watched him with a grin, “We have Thomas Edison to thank for this. Don’t tell anyone but I may have been the first person he ever took a photo of.” She says with a shrug before hopping into the room, “What time are you from? Clearly you’re not from the 21st century.”

“Oh, it most certainly does and I can definitely prove it to you. Yeah, consider yourself lucky on that front. Cybermen are quite nasty. Not pleasant.” Clara says with a shiver before widening her eyes at him, “An original vampire? As opposed to an unoriginal vampire? Well you’ve sure gotten around. Where are you from? I’m Clara by the way.”
