Love is a landfill.
I've loved so much, and maybe not perfectly, in the ideal movie type of way but I know in my heart I've love the men in my life so much that it hurt; like the feeling of love was hurting me in the inside as if there was so much of it inside of me it's hitting the brim.
And even when that love was lost and once the heartache was over with; it felt worth the battle. It all felt worth it because at least I could say yes I loved that boy so much at one point in life and he loved me and in those moments, we were happier than ever. That alone felt worth it.
But then each and every one of those boys came back to me in search of something; either love, lust, or even some type of friendship. And in this process of rekindle, they've managed to destroy me as a person, what I believe in, my spunk, exploit the years I gave, and write them off as a waste. Like my love is just a landfill for them to dump the chips they carried on their shoulders.
