I’m 20 hours into a fast, I’m thinking I’ll break in like 14 more hours with a protein shake. If I can get away with it, I’ll go for a full 36 hours, but it really depends when I get out of bed tomorrow.
I’m just suddenly feeling really motivated bc my best friend recently lost weight and she looks so fuckin skinny and I’m trying to help her eat more bc I’m worried about her and I’m like wow I miss people being worried about me. I know she’d be devastated to find out her relapse is triggering my own, but that’s more motivation to not let her know than to actually stop🤪
