SCCM, irritations, and caffeine

I definitely need more knowledge when it comes to SCCM, anyone know of a good online resource?

These last weeks it has really become an irritation, machines don’t seem like they are checking in without being “nudged”, and even when they do it is taking up to 90 min for software to start installing. Now it may be set up like this, I’m just a help desk tech, but I would just like to know more about how it work so it does not irritate me as much.

There’s not enough coffee in the world for this week, but for some reason I can’t get enough of this work.
