BLACK CULTURE is not about us versus them just as feminism is not about women versus men; it is about EQUALITY. Black people who spend their time pointing out prevalent inequalities and every political injustice are doing more harm than good. 

They have chosen to consistently see the glass as half empty and are merely reinforcing the demarcation between cultures. This same ‘black culture’ simultaneously marginalises black people who do not conform to its values of a victimised and despised race… values of some innate black supremacy yet to reach full gestation.

This isn't true. The kidnapping has been widely reported in British news and protests have started taking place to pressure the Nigerian government to do more. You guys need to understand the context in which the 200 girls were abducted... Nigeria is a country in turmoil with an incompetent government. 

Not everything has to be us versus them.

The truth is that the more intimately you know someone, the more clearly you’ll see their flaws. That’s just the way it is.
