Zoe wishes you all a Happy Trans Day of Visibility <3 Please stay safe out there, sisters. We WILL come out winning in the end, even when everything looks bleak, never lose hope; love you all <33
i need to write my hopebound analysis but that sburbio site calls my name to classpect random characters. such as Wolfgang akire.

I'd enjoy ones take of analysis on a Bard of Space...
Bard of Space
The Bard of Space's role is defined by "Corrupts their own Space or through Space". The Bard of Space is a passive Space-bound player, and will be the sessions assigned Frog Breeder given their aspect, though due to their class it is entirely possible that this could play out badly. They'll corrupt Space through their actions, and by extension, could end up corrupting their team's "ultimate prize". (Skip to the next red text if you would like the Bard of Space analysis without the individual analysises of the class and aspect.)

can u analyze a page of doom?? thaaanks :)
Page of Doom
The Page of Doom's role is defined by "Amplifies Doom or Amplifies through Doom". The Page of Doom is a passive doom-bound player, and will be most likely to serve the role of a support in their teams session. As a Page, it'll also be apart of their job to grow as a person and learn how to properly handle their aspect. (Skip to the next green text if you just want the Page of Doom analysis ultimately)
What defines a page? A page is the passive half of the amplification/exploitation class duo, and they're able to amplify their aspect's power and direct it's powers into things such as their environment or other people. The journey of a Page is one marked by self-discovery, learning how to tap into your internalized powers, and harness your potential to the fullest. Those with the Page class are first marked by uncertainty in their aspect, even if they don't visibly show it or know of it themselves. This lack of their aspect is reflected in attempts by the Page to make up for it either in an overabundance of what they believe represents their aspect in the form of relying on others to supply it or overcompensating for it and creating a sort of mask. Tavros Nitram, Page of Breath, lacks freedom before Sburb and even during his group's session. Due to his paralysis from the legs downward, he lacks freedom of movement due to being confined to a wheelchair. A bigger part of his lack of freedom is how he is treated by others and how that treatment makes him see his own self-worth.
Tavros' relationship with Vriska is the best example of how he tended to rely on the treatment of others to define himself and his free will. His actions through out the story when he's partnered up with Vriska are reliant on what she tells him to do, from something complex such as finding the Ring of Life and helping her on her quest to defeat Lord English, or something simpler like killing her (which he couldn't ultimately do due to a lack of confidence). This is a concrete subject of which Tavros is shown to rely on Vriska for her guidance in how to use his own freedom, which ties into the page's uncertainty of how to use/interact with their aspect leading into unfortunate situations. He also overcompensated Post-Hivebent by using his legs as a newfound source of freedom and will. With his new legs, he went above and beyond with confidence, challenging Vriska to a duel after gaining back the free will he once lacked. Despite this, he still died as his confidence would best be described to be a sort of facade in order to fit better into his "Page of Breath" title. Near the end, as a ghost, he ends up developing almost completely as a Page of Breath even without properly god-tiering. He amplified other ghost's confidence, sense of freedom, and motivation, inspiring them to join in the army against Lord English alongside Meenah and Vriska. Upon meeting back up with an alive Vriska and Meenah before the fight, he shows more confidence than at the start of his journey, though it is short lived.
Jake English is our only known god-tiered page, and is the most realized of the triad of pages in canon, meaning we can use him as a more direct example of a page's powers. Honestly, the best example of his powers would be before the timeline was retconned, A.K.A the big HOPE-SPLOSION that Jake had when Aranea boosted his growth as a page by tenfold. He amplified the environment's Hope, allowing Brain Dirk to exist and also increasing the probability of crazy events such as )(IC showing up (Imagination/Dreams). As for his development, his journey started out when we first were introduced to him, seeing how he interacted with his environment and how he seemed to project a big persona onto himself in the form of a brave, passionate, and overall charismatic guy. Sure, it isn't entirely a facade, but it's a dramaticized version of his personality that plays it up to be something it isn't. We also see how he sort of lacks Hope at times in his behavior and overcompensates such as his quick call to action when beating up Meenah.
Pages overall are the class of potential. They don't seem to be powerful at first, but given time and proper standards to grow, they can flourish. Do not take this as a sign to be overbearing towards a Page in your grouping, as it is integral they also learn to stand on their own two feet. Pages, in order to reach their full potential, much learn to be able to harness their aspect and amplify in around them and inside them. They support their teams through this power, and with a fully-developed Page, victory for a team is near guaranteed with little room for failure.
Doom.... Doom, Doom, Doom. One of the most misunderstood aspects if I am to be honest. So many people see it as solely an aspect that condemns it's players to a road marked with certain death and suffering. Doom is a sad aspect, that I won't sugarcoat, but it is also an aspect that brings an understanding of suffering, fate, and in a way, prophecy. Our canon doom players consist of Sollux Captor, Mituna Captor, Wanshi Adyata, Ardata Carmia, Zebruh Codakk, Baizli Soleil, Fiamet, Bedisa Pygora, Lonner, and Garjon. I find these characters all represent and hold a good connection to Doom as a whole, and you'll see why further into this part of the analysis.
I believe that Doom as an aspect is also connected to Sburb in a sense, along with the fate of everything as a whole. Skaia creates Sburb and allows for it to happen in order to rescue itself and create new universes to prolong its life. It is a guaranteed event for Sburb to take place, no matter what. Doom is all about propechy, fate, and the end road. When you face Doom, you face gloom and suffering. Skaia's fate is perpetually doomed, always will it fall, and yet it persists. It creates a way for it to continue, despite how in every universe it has an end. Skaia is trapped in a never-ending loop when it comes to its fate, and yet it always utilizes Sburb and its players to save itself. Not all sessions work of course, but with every "failed session", there is one that is winnable. Doom does not tie into the Life Skaia produces for itself, but rather the fate of it in every universe. Skaia, Doom, and Life are all tied together. As all Aspects are, they share life with Skaia. They share purpose, and meaning. For Doom and Life, they represent the cycle of Skaia and Sburb, the story of Prospit falling and Derse rising, and the fate of everything as its known.
(Short Blurb: I also believe Doom has potential ties into the mechanisms of Sburb and is able to understand and potentially manipulate the innerworkings of the Game if you are able to reach an advanced level.)
Doom also shares ties with suffering, as noted by a whopping majority of the Homestuck classpecting community. Suffering can manifest in several forms, for some it is disabilities or illnesses that hold them back (Lonner and Mituna), actual death (Baizli and Bedisa), or just an absolute sense of despair (Sollux). Not all of those bound to Doom are great sufferers, just as those who suffer greatly are those bound to Doom. Take the Signless for example, aptly titled the "Sufferer" in alternate texts. His life was marked by leading an example and inspiring movements in Alternian population, though at the end of his life, he died a cruel and merciless death. The Signless is not a character bound to the aspect of Doom, despite his story. We can also return to the fact that not every character bound to Doom is inherently pessimistic or mopey. Wanshi Adyata is a great example, and while she does have some sides of her leaning towards pessimism, her overwhelming youthfulness and cheerfulness push it back. Doom does not drag down all of its heroes, and while it does entail for a good amount of suffering, you shouldn't see all of those bound to Doom as unfortunate sufferers who can do nothing but mope, for even the meekest Doom player has a potential for destruction.
Doom as an offensive power has yet to be shown in the comic, but we can use some inference when it comes to such things. Life, its complimentary aspect, has been shown in the comic. Given the name and its "opposite", we can infer that a god-tiered Doom player is able to control rules, the coding of Sburb, and potentially fate as a whole. While you can't expect a Doom player to be the end-all final boss or your guaranteed trump card, one can definitely wield the force to become a major asset in your game. Being able to control potentially the rules of death itself or change the rules of Life itself to your needs is a power best kept checked, and should not be taken lightly. Doom is an aspect underestimated by its heroes, allies, and enemies, and yet one could say that the close-minded view of Doom can allow for the greatest victories.
A Page of Doom is a deadly force to mess with when fully developed. The powers Pages have already are deadly, but a Page of Doom is a definitive game changer if you manage to support them to the end. Amplifying Doom could mean an array of things, you could amplify the powers rules have over you, amplify through the mechanisms of Sburb, and able to amplify the Death itself in their enemies. Take this for example, a fully realized Page of Doom could amplify Doom's death element in an enemy so much so to the point where one could find themselves overtaken by Doom. Another power could be amplifying the rules of Sburb, allowing for better progress in things such as affecting how much grist you could get to even going beyond the limits of the tiers.
As for personality, a Page of Doom will appear to lack Doom and either make up for it through their own actions or through the guidance of others. This can be applied through the Page's overreliance on others rules or never seeming to suffer. They don't understand the suffering of others due to their lack of it, leading to them to become uncertain in how to deal with it or how to empathize with those close to them who are suffering. During their journey, their path will be blocked by a sudden amount of suffering, maybe through friends or family dying or they themselves having experiences closely tied to Doom. They will have to learn their own sense of Doom, and how to amplify in their teams favor. A Page of Doom could be someone who at the end of their journey is able to understand Doom and be comfortable with it, being able to find loopholes in order to get past rules or understand suffering as being a part of life that can allow for growth.
Not my favorite analysis to write unfortunately due to how burnt out I got writing it (bleh) but it was fun nevertheless!! First ask of the blog covered :)
The Doombound
SIDE NOTE at the start??? When I refer to rules whenever during this, I mean fate basically. But rules sounds better with how I wrote it. :p
The Knight of Doom This player has to become a guiding hand for the uncontrollable aspect of doom, which is an oxymoron! But I can see the player being quite hypocritical in some facets of themself. They can be bubbly, or they can be pessimistic, but without realizing it they'd be someone who sacrifices a lot for others. Sacrifice hours of sleep for others, sacrifice their important duties for someone else's important duties. But despite these sacrifices, they also have limits on their being, whether set by themself or an outside force. Within the game itself, they'd be bending the rules of the game, defying death itself to keep on going for everyone else. Or to the abundance of life in a session, become the Reaper of the session and bring doom in. If this had a hussie-type character, I'd imagine someone similar to Equius who breaks things a lot in their life, but unlike the voidbound Equius and the idea of it meaning nothing, the knight would revel in their broken things, and use it endlessly in this "broken" state.
The Page of Doom Like all Pages, these players habour great potential, but to be one of Doom? You will become force of death and destruction. Obviously not every Doom player has to be Evil, but it seems so hard to not see a Page of Doom as such. But I believe they could be either good or evil, a Page of Doom would be unaware or uncaring for Death or Destruction. Maybe being reckless (whether purposely or accidentally) with how they act. They'll have to endure MAJOR suffering in some form on their Page Journey. But when it comes to the time where they reach their potential, even if its not their FULL potential, they will be able to make people suffer, or even help relieve others suffering. Their session will lack doom, maybe no one will have that drive to bring destruction, or maybe they rebel against the rules of the game and not see it come to fruition. (Unlike the Knight of Dooms, or even some breath players, bending of the rules.)
The Witch of Doom Witch of Doom... Sounds evil as shit!!!!!! But the witch... can be evil as shit, but also if we take the path of most witches in CANON homestuck, the witch of doom would most likely be a kinder witch. All witches have a benevolent path, and a malevolent part. A Benevolent Witch of Doom would be a KIND KIND SOUL, who wants to manipulate death in a way to save people, they want to DENY death in a way, or at least keep life going longer. This fits witches denial of their aspect taking control of them. Malevolent Witches would be the same, denying their aspect, but in a way to have DEATH and DESTRUCTION in their control, they don't want the rules to control them, but to control the rules. Malevolent would manipulate to control everything, benevolent would be manipulate to create change in the aspect they carry.
The Heir of Doom Mituna... Heir of Doom would have the aspect taking them, but depending on the aspect, the effects can be varying. With the Doom Aspect, Doom is an inevitability, thus it would surrounds itself with its heir. Mituna is PLAGUED with visions, and thus has to make a SACRIFICE to his own mind for the better of the dancestors. Well! as well as it goes for them. Unlike the witch, the heir is less combative of their aspect, instead embodying it. Such as the word HEIR, they basically inherit the qualities of their aspect into a single person. John being A Heir is FAMOUS, thus his power to turn into the aspect too. How would this work with doom? I believe Mituna, despite never god tiering, had a similar fate. He can see everything doom handles, but a fully realized heir of doom would not become as unstable as Mituna, rather being a Harbinger of Doom, which could be really helpful! But also So Scary.
The Thief of Doom To Steal Doom, Or Steal Through Doom. A Thief of Doom would be someone who "steals" others worst moments, and use it as a belief that nothing of such degree would happen to them. They believe through the downfall of everything round them, THEY will prosper. Act like a Life, Think like a Doom. Most thieves are more focused on their own self, and I think the thief of doom fits that PERFECTLY. As they will take others worst moments as a chance to prosper themself, sure they can help relieve others by taking their doom, but 9 times out of 10, this is not for the benefit of the other person. But also cause of this I can see the thief of doom growing cockier than other thieves (besides thief of light since Vriska exists.) but when they get to their "goal" I believe they would have the largest fall off out of any aspect. For their doom stealing would catch up in karmic justice for being an ASS!
The Rogue of Doom Rogues are people who think they lack control of their aspect, and Doom is a fairly normal one to think that! To think you can't control the unreliable nature of DEATH and DESTRUCTION! Normal people! However they passively influence doom without realizing. I imagine when they take doom out of other people, they bring out peoples free will, to not be bound by the fears of destruction. They themself are bound by this fear, but they can take out these fears and guide other people by simply being around. However this nicer part of the rogue of doom, their power might not be as nice, as they steal doom for OTHERS. They steal and bring in doom for others, inviting the destruction for the purpose of others. But on the flipside, they can steal the unfortunate happens to other people, and subside to somewhere else. They are overall kind people, but their powers can be evil as hell, or double downing on their kindness.
The Prince of Doom Someone who DESTROYS Doom or Through Doom. A Person who looks to step back from the whole fate, rules, and death thing. They could HATE it and do anything to live a fulfilling live without perceiving it as "bound by fate". Or a super paranoid oddity of a person! But they might showcase themself to the world as someone who wants to grow in the world, or have a world that grows around them, much like a life player. However not being a life player, the aspect of doom WILL manifest within them, especially as a Destruction class. Taking the Captors as a semi-reliable idea for doom, the prince will definitely share visions of fate, but what they do with them defines the prince. If they're the Prince of Doom who tries to live without fate, they'll ignore the visions of fate, and try anything to defy it. Or if it's a super paranoid oddity, they'll actively use those visions to avoid destruction. However they avoid their aspect, it will manifest in their session, unfortunate events might come to plague the session. As if the Prince of Doom is a bad luck charm, which sucks since their potential for actually being quite a nice person.
The Bard of Doom If the Prince of Doom are a bad luck charm, the Bard of Doom is a personified curse, to either themself or the ones around them. The Bard can go two different ways with how they decay and slowly breakdown the aspect. To destroy doom, they'd be Obviously passive about it, but they'd basically become a punching bag to the people around them, or going full meta, the entire narrative's punching bag. This would break the doom AROUND them, as their suffering is basically a trojan of positive things for the world around them. But that is destroying Doom, and much like Gamzee they can transition to destroy THROUGH Doom. This is the Much Scarier (and more interesting) one. They destroy everything around them through Doom. They can be negligent to everyone around them, blind to the suffering in the world, someone who believes everything face value. But through this, they basically become a personified version of Murphy's law, If anything can go wrong, it will. Which sucks for everyone else, but the Bard themself will be pristine and untouched, basically having a narrative shield. If Gamzee's undying clown schtick wasn't just explained through clown, but actually through the aspect of themself. This Bard is ignorant to many things, whether purposefully hiding their vision, or simply misguided in how they see the world. They can be evil as shit like Gamzee, but they could also be kind, just stuck in their own world.
The Maid of Doom Narratively, the maid of doom would be CHAINED by the rules of Doom. They are to the whims of what is meant to happen, with no agency to change, what is already predestined. Which is like, that's nearly everyone! Don't look at Jegbert. But I see this more in a way, they can't have a hand in delaying the inevitable, if something is meant to happen, the maid can do nothing but watch it happen. Anyone else could delay it, but the maid will, despite their best efforts, have no effect on the fate of something. However they can make new things fated to happen, this they will have to upkeep, to not disturb the overbearing idea of Doom in the narrative. You can't just make something predestined happen and NOT see it til the end. Although it could be real interesting to see how it develops. These maids I can see as very helpless people, not entirely a lost cause, but definitely emotionally distressed, as no matter what they do it doesn't seem to matter...
The Sylph of Doom The Sylph of Doom I can see being in a similar boat to the Maid, as they won't have a real chance to change predetermined fate, but not cause they CAN'T, it's the fact they adore this idea of fate and destruction, but they don't get chances to indulge in this morbid interest. They will always change fate, but never in the way they want, cause people will brush them off with or without knowing it. I could see the Sylph of Doom being able to delay fate or bring fate closer than it's original timing, being able to change the circumstances. But no matter what it will continue to happen. However they will Restore doom, which could mean Anything really! But I imagine they coerce people back onto a certain track for their fate, even if it's small non-life altering ones. Like something worse could happen if they were to miss out on a certain fate, which once again, weird since it's predetermined, but it's teetering on time players roles of keeping a timeline. Could be fun to see a Sylph of Doom somehow being the one doing time upkeep!
The Mage of Doom THE SOLLUX CAPTOR CLASSPECT, Sollux is neat and I'm so sad there's no god tier dooms, but we can dream..! and OCs! As for the classpect itself, the Mage of Doom is someone who is obsessed with and knows doom, fate, and anything that is a byproduct of such. Apparently also good coders due to the fact that a CODE brought about what was equivalent to the Apocalypse. They have visions of destruction and suffering, and are most likely those who live to their idea of a fullest life, due to the idea of Already knowing how I could possibly DIE. But also these can be some of the most helpful people, as knowing any upcoming suffering and possible is known to the mage. Their attitude and how they are as a person will definitely be affected from their visions, so pessimistic and optimistic mages will definitely be equal chance. Mage of Doom is cool, and Sollux...
The Seer of Doom This Seer would definitely start off as someone unsure of the future in general, they might be bad at predicting things or simply paranoid about the future, not feeling confident about anything that could happen. As all seers, they grow kind of obsessive into learning about their opposite, in this case Life. They'll cling to ideas of Life and growth for the future, to finally have a reassurance for a future where they bloom and become better. But in this, they'll come to find they will see it's destruction. I feel like the Seer being more knowledgeable than the Mage, would find out how to change their future. But they can't let these visions blind them, otherwise they themself get a hands on experience with what Doom can do. I feel like this Seer would be a more combat ready one, as they'd see the possibilities for the unfortunes of battles, seeing what could happen that exists to hurt and destroy. Future sight type. But to take a good idea from Tumblr user "annihilatetechnocrat"'s Mage and Seer post. "Rose resolves to pursue knowledge through the unknown." "Terezi seeks logic through emotion." To take this format which makes thinking about seers like 90% easier. The Seer of Doom finds Destruction in a journey of Growth.
Writing this made me realise that despite how under-utilised doom is within Homestuck, I get it.
Too much potential fucking with SBURB itself powers. Witch of Doom, Prince of Doom, Hell even the Bard would be fucking around with SBURB.

The Seer of Doom finds Destruction in a journey of Growth.
writing about the different classpects is fun but after Void I need to refine what I'm writing.... expect #DOOM...
