Ice Review #1 - Cookout crushed ice

10/10

It was so good, not too crunchy, but cold and refreshing and the perfect taste.

I wasn’t able to finish it all though and overnight in the freezer at home it got really really hard, devastating

Freezer Review #2 - Walmart by our house

11/10

It was clean, cold, crisp, and when our partner sys accidentally called my by my name instead of the hosts name the employee jokingly told me to just not blow anything up until after his shift

Apparently all me weird quirks are because our anemia has gotten bad enough that it’s caused us to get pica

Freezer Review #1 - Dollar Tree by the mall

7/10

The smell was immaculate, incredible, so cold and crisp. Unfortunately I had to say I was pregnant when the employees gave me weird looks. But once I said that the employees were very supportive so it makes up for it.

Sometimes I remember the shit I did after she abandoned me. The obsession, the chasing, the paranoia and the borderline stalking…

I’m not proud of it, but then I remember what she did and what she said to me and how even after I proved I’d done nothing wrong she still wouldn’t even apologize and I get angry again.

And then one tiny part of me still misses her…

I can’t think about this much more, it’s been years I can’t fall back into that.

I miss my dad… I’ve been adopted by a new dad since forming but I still think about you.

Wherever you are Silco, I love you. You’d probably say that you weren’t the kind of dad I deserved, and that you wish you’d done some things differently, but I disagree. You did exactly what you felt you needed to do in the moment, and above all you made sure I never felt unloved or abandoned. You have my stability when I felt like I was going to crumble and taught me how to build myself back up better and stronger than I’d been before.

The bliss I would feel being able to eat just plain shaved ice while I’ve got my face stuck in front of the AC vent.

Realistically how much could an actual ice shaver cost? Like I know you need to get the blocks of ice to actually shave but…

It can’t be that expensive right?

When I sip water from my specially prepared water bottle that I’ve pre chilled and then filled with ice and nearly frozen water in just the right way it’s like air conditioning for my skull and it feels amazing

Air Conditioner Review #1 - The bedroom floor vent at our house

9/10

The smell? Immaculate.

The power level? Perfect

Coldness level? Could be colder, but they won’t let me because “we don’t want to run up the power bill”.

Overall I will be spending more time lying on the floor with my face by it.

In a perfect world I'd have the money to get samples of all the strange perfumes I want to try.

Unfortunately this isn't an ideal world. But some day. Some day I will smell them all.

Snow Cone Review - Georgia Renaissance Festival

7/10

Cold and refreshing because it was 90 degrees, but the texture wasn't ideal. Not proper snow cone texture, closer to crushed ice, there were chunks. Still very fun to crunch though. Apparently the flavors weren't the best but I just got the ice so I can't speak on that.

Maybe I should start giving reviews for the way different ice freezers smell at different places

I may just be one of our most sensory seeking alters. My original job was as a mania and abandonment trauma holder but now I guess my job is sniff cold metal, be autistic about weird niche perfumes, and drink ice ice cold water in a very specific way as a stim.
