IT’S BEEN A WHILE AND I HAVEN’T SEEN THE FOURTH SEASON OF SHERLOCK YET. SHOULD I WATCH IT NOW? WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE ALL THE FEELS? HOW MANY TABLES WILL I FLIP? HOW MANY SHOCK BLANKETS DO I NEED? i don’t want to uh. spoil the next episode for everybody but john is at the bottom of a well because he’s suicidal, john feels unappreciated, john is drinking, john is self-harming, john is ajay who doesn’t care if he dies, john is faith and it’s happening now, john’s note in t6t is a suicide note (”that’s what people do, don’t they? leave a note?”), the bleeding wound on the hand of every john mirror is self-inflicted and gets us to “it was worth a wound” garridebs, where sherlock responds to john’s cry for help and john realizes that this is exactly what sherlock did for him the day they met, and how much sherlock has cared the whole time. “your life is not your own, keep your hands off it” is sherlock royally pissed that after all the times sherlock has died to save john that john would go and do something this fucking stupid, as if sherlock has anything else to live for either, “the man you have saved,” “in so many ways,” “it takes john watson to save your life,” etc.  #johnwatsonlives means #sherlockholmeslives
