Tough workout at PowerFlex this morning, but I did it and get a tasty smoothie.

It’s taken me some time to feel organized and not all over the place this summer. I finally have an empty day where I can make a plan for change.
I haven’t been to the gym in who knows how long. I also haven’t meal planned, gone for a run or a hike, or even reached 10,000 steps in a pretty long time.
I know how to take care of myself, and I need to start doing it.
Blogging was extremely helpful for me. I could document what I was doing and had a community to help me do it. I don’t feel 100% about the online community just yet, but I want to start tracking my stuff.
Here we go.
Walked for 36 and a half minutes (because I forgot a sports bra) and played around with weights. Baby steps. Looking for an app to keep me focused.
I finally joined the community center. I'm toying with the idea of a half marathon because I like having a plan.
I don't want to pay for a race though and I don't need anymore medals.
Maybe I'll just pick one and train for it, and I'll register day of.
I'm looking forward to exercise again.
