SHF Alien Zarab 60th Anniversary Edition
UMS Geronimon
Giant Pucchi gives me Ark Bogarl vibes tbh
True now that u brought it up
Definitely surprising at how Giant Pucchi looks given how ugly his small form is, definitely on par with the Meteor Kaiju now
Reminds me abit of Zegan from Geed
Recall Pucchi is supposed to have another form, being "Modified Pucchi" from leaks, so either humans or an enemy is gonna give him another upgrade or sth
Really hoping for a DX for this one
UHS Mebius Burning Brave
Saw this coming from a mile away even tho it surprisingly took this long to happen
Id only be surprised if they add less iconic duos like Taiga-Toregia or Orb-JJ
Tho Teo-Giant Pucci might be more likely for TsuPro to push for its promotion
UMS Pigmon and Sulflan
Some new kaiju revealed
Last one if prob Giant Pucchi, will talk more about him in a seperate post
Is it just me or is Teo kinda boring atp?
Cause while we have gotten Teo leaks left and right, theres nothing thats really "eye-catching" per se
Similar to what I pointed out recently:
💬 0 🔁 0 ❤️ 2 · I have been hearing lately that Zero new form will be used on Theo. if that's true Theo series It's not even worth watchin
Theres still no sign of a "big bad" to look forward to
And its also quite evident that Bandai themselves dont have confidence in Teo when theyre shoving Zero into it, not to mention theres no weapon merch for Teo aside from the DX Teo Crystar, at least up till the mid boss, which is unheard of for an NG era
Ngl atp I just wanna get it over and done with to get to the 2027 series since its implied the 2027-2029 seasons are all linked
Ultraman Teo Digest Trailer
Ya im aware this dropped 2 weeks ago on BilliBilli where this was revealed, but i didnt commentate on it cause the subs were all in chinese, so was waiting for the eng subs
I have been hearing lately that Zero new form will be used on Theo.
if that's true Theo series It's not even worth watching cause they just gonna repeat the same formula that geed did almost 10 years ago and I thoght this Zero form would be for his goddamn movie.
What's going on in Bandai's head lately?
Just because these new series are a failure in terms of sales and money, they think they can milk shit out of Zero even more like that?especially in so many repetitive ways? If this continues, many fans in the future will give up on this franchise because repeating the Geed format in 10 years with Zero doing the same thing is literally the proof of how corrupt Bandai and these directors have become.
That last stage show was already painful to watch because they put the original Ultraman without his cape NEAR Zero with his cape, and I already understand what they're trying to say with that kind of scene.
Literally, the Ultraman franchise will soon not even be about the first Ultraman anymore, but about Zero, because the way they've been milking Zero for the last few decades, they want him to become the god of the franchise.
Can't they just put Ultraman on hiatus and do reruns? They did that after Seven ended and after 80 flopped, and that idea would be much better nowadays than wasting their time messing up the franchise with these insane projects.
Zero appearing in Theo was alr leaked by 809 in Jan/Feb tho?
In mean Bandai is right cause recall back in Arc, it was alr stated that all NG series had Bandai making majority of the decisions, its only post-Decker Bandai let TsuPro have way more control in terms of creative direction and flopped hard the franchise did from Blazar-Omega, so its not the directors' fault per se
The difference in storytelling direction is also very obvious even if we based it from the PVs Ginga S-Decker and Blazar-Theo as Ginga S-Decker's PV at least gave us an actual, overall initial big bad which invokes mystery to make us watch the series to find out what happens
Ginga S - Exceller
X - only exception that didnt had one in his PV
Orb - JJ
Geed - Kei
RB - Orb Dark
Taiga - Toregia
Z - Kaburagi
Trigger - Dark Giants
Decker - Spheres
Compared to the PVs from Blazar-Theo, theres literally nothing to look forward to besides the bare minimum of "its a new series" (minus Omega's Meteor Kaiju personally)
So ngl if you take issue with the recent series, youre essentially taking issue with TsuPro rather than Bandai since Blazar-Omega/Theo's creative direction is mostly in the hands of TsuPro
About Zero being predominantly featured, ive alr covered before that its outright stated that hes the literal mascot specifically chosen for their China + SEA expansion. iirc its also very obvious that Cosmorise was Bandai's idea to hopefully guardband Theo's predicted abysmal sales
And tbf ive also mentioned before, the original Ultraman just dosent have any deeper relevance than being the 1st series + UB (which ive also pointed out, its also a term of a bygone era in the context of modern times), so no suprise hes being overshadowed? Has sorta always been this way since post-2006
As far as hiatus goes, there was actually a pretty widespread discussion about this on social media early this year, where its popularly pointed out that based on TsuPro's financial health, they simply cant afford to go on hiatus without risking bankruptcy as their already in too deep with their various international expansion schemes
Personally I prefer the Ginga-Decker era of NG, which based on the latest leaks, looks to be returning starting with the 2027 series, and may be a continuous series up till the 2029 series. Atp Id rather Bandai take the reins until TsuPro figures out how to create a more captivating and exciting story
Thanks for the questions!
